A clean and comfortable hotel at a reasonable price for Vancouver. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean with a large comfortable bed. There were plenty of different items available for breakfast including hot options. The coffee was good. Easy to find just a few kilometres off the highway. Plenty of eating places and shopping near the hotel.

The place was very clean. I thought the beds and pillows were wonderful. The entry level had some nice couches to relax on and they had your standard free continental breakfast of which I took advantage of. I was very pleased with my stay. I thought the people working at the desk to be very helpful and friendly. I also had a very large vehicle and one of the workers politely told me the best place to park it.

The pillow or the drape was not changed. I found a long black hair on the pillow as I turned it over. The bathroom lacks of portable shower head. The bathtub floor had something like black sticky dirt on it because we tried to flush and those black spots didn’t go away.

In breakfast, hotel management should consider adding veggie food items. Also think of putting baked potatoes in separate vessel, separate pickup spoon & away from Non-veg stuff. It really irritated even to take, as it was only veggie item to eat this morning. Front desk staff polite / smiling face. Bed clean & soft to sleep. Feeling relaxed.

Overall experience was not great. It is an old building that has not been very well maintained. There was an off smell as soon as we entered the corridor and our room. Five minutes into the stay, we discovered that our toilet was clogged. We asked the staff for help and they did help us out in a few minutes but not very good start to our stay. Bedding was clean which is appreciated. However, i will not really want to stay again at this hotel as i just didn't find the place very appealing, clean and convenient. I wish everyone best of luck. 👍
