The room smelled bad and the property isn’t maintained very well. We were just there for a night so not much of a bother

Rooms where very noisy, could hear everything outside and from above. Breakfast was definitely not the best hotel breakfast I have had, not much selection. Room was older but clean.

The staff were very nice & the room was clean. Beds & the pillows were not the most comfy. Breakfast was below average with muffins, toast, cereal, toast, coffee, pancakes. Rooms were on louder side. But all being said, for price, the location was where we needed & rooms were clean & staff were very friendly.

Check in was fine and the staff were very kind and helpful. We were on the fifth floor, and the elevator let us off on the fifth but the button to go down was out of order so when we wanted to go down we had to walk to the fourth floor and grab the elevator there. Not a huge problem for us but would have been tough for someone with a lot of luggage or mobility issues. We went out in the evening and come back after midnight. The doors were locked and the lobby appeared empty. The sign said to use our key card to open the doors but neither of our cards worked. We tried pushing the button for an attendant (a number of times) and no-one ever showed. Eventually we just opened the doors by prying them apart. When we got in our key cards worked fine in our room doors.

The hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff provided outstanding customer service and were always willing to assist. The room was spotless, and the overall atmosphere was warm and welcoming. I would gladly stay here again and recommend it to family and friends.

My spouse and I had a lovely get-away at this location and enjoyed every bit of it. Staff was amazing and helpful for his early arrival. The room was clean and bright. Parking was easily and accessible. Pool was busy in the evening which is to be expected. Over all a fantastic stay

Everything was great. The only thing I would recommend is to use cleaning products that don’t have such a son sent.

I liked the staff.

We had chosen a King Bed with Sofa Bed room that was prepaid upon booking, however when we entered our designated room, we realized there was no sofa to relax on in our room. We were looking forward to using our coffee/tea maker in our room, but there was only one creamer/sugar/stir stick package and 4 coffee packages in our room we received for two persons. The air conditioner was too noisy to keep on all night, so when we woke up in the morning, we believe our room had heated up to 27 degrees Celsius. Parking was easily accessible.

Great choices for breakfast, hotel could use some renovations, a bit old. Bed was comfortable. Clean, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

The staff were excellent—very polite, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. Their service truly made a positive impression. When I first checked into my room, I noticed that the floor was not properly cleaned. I informed the reception the next morning, and although the issue initially seemed unchanged, the staff handled it professionally. They quickly arranged a room change without any hassle and ensured the new room was clean and comfortable, which I appreciated. The breakfast was excellent, offering a good variety of options—sufficient and very satisfying. Parking was also convenient and easily accessible, which added to the overall comfort of the stay. Overall, despite the initial issue with cleanliness, the hotel staff’s responsiveness and service quality made up for it. A good property with great customer care.

Watch out as the pool seems to be out of order pretty often (I stayed there for ten days and saw it closed at least three times during open pool hours). Also the 5th floor elevator button doesn't work so you can't call it, you either have to be lucky or take the stairs to the fourth. OTHERWISE, I stayed there for ten days and always received excellent service and smiles and hellos from everyone in the staff. Some but not all speak French as well. The included breakfast was basic but had a bit of everything and I love the pancake machine. There was a lot of parking and we successfully parked in the same spot of the covered parking everyday. The rooms were clean and the cleaning was made every day we needed it. The only thing we hoped for was more milker and sugar for the coffee, and more tea variety (there was just the one). When it's opened, pool is heated, and there's a hot tub. The equipment in the gym seemed to work well everyday, and there's a laundry room as well (we hiked in bad weather, it was useful). It's well located to access the main routes like for Banff, and the Calgary football 🏈 team's stadium is right in front.
