Really unfortunate to see this resort go so downhill.I feel bad for the staff as they are doing their best . The new owners have completely let this place go. There was cups ( garbage) on the grounds just outside our room for days . Nobody cares about the resort seems like. Most staff will tell customers that they have chopped 50% of their staff. As a business owner it’s so sad to see . There is so mush potential. The pool was not maintained anymore and was gross .sad , sad , sad

I recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a good experience. The staff were friendly, the location was convenient, and the atmosphere was pleasant. However, the hotel is very old and definitely in need of renovation — even the pools require some repairs. One major downside was that there was no drinking water provided in the room, which was quite inconvenient. Despite these issues, I still enjoyed my stay but hope the hotel considers updating its facilities soon.

That's a wonderful place to spend your Holy Week getaway. My family loves - we've truly enjoyed our time there. It's the kind of place you would want to return to. The pool is clean and never too not crowded. The only downside was that the hair dryer was broken, which was a bit inconvenient since i have a long hair to dry. Also, there's no robe available for kids which would have been a nice touch.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Fairmont Hotspring Hotel, and overall, it was a delightful experience. The natural hot springs were absolutely rejuvenating, providing a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and accommodating, making sure all our needs were met.
The room was spacious and comfortable, offering stunning views of the surrounding landscape. The ambiance was tranquil, which added to the overall relaxation of our stay. I particularly enjoyed the on-site spa services, which complemented the hot springs beautifully.
However, I was disappointed to find that there was no microwave in the room. This made it a bit inconvenient for reheating leftovers or preparing snacks, especially since the dining options were somewhat limited. It would have been a great addition to enhance the comfort of our stay.
Despite this minor setback, I would still highly recommend fairmont for anyone looking to unwind and recharge. With its serene environment and excellent amenities, it's a perfect getaway destination!

I always go there, love the hot tubs. The rooms are dated, but yeah, it's in a beautiful area. The food selection is very limited to that. But you'd have to drive to the next town together a better selection

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable, clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The food in the restaurant was reaally good!
The resort, including the rooms, is quite dated. This was my 71st birthday present and it looks the same as it did 40 years ago. Considering the exorbitant resort fees being charged, maybe they could put a little money into updating the place.

We really enjoyed our stay here. You can see that property is little bit old , but it's really in good condition, clean and cozy. Rooms are clean, pool are clean. When you are staying in resort - you have exclusive access to one extra hot pool. And early access to bog pools. There are 2 dining option - one is great for dinner and second one for breakfast, and one more café for coffee and deserts. SPA is available on site.
