Spacious, clean rooms, comfortable beds and pillows. Breakfast was better then other hotels ive stayed at. Overall great stay. Didn't use any amenities but the pool looked nice just didnt have time.

Breakfast was decent. The door of our room didnt close properly. The sliding bathroom barn door was so hard to move and when I told the staff there was barely a reaction. The hotel was very busy with kids (totally fine!) But the hallway was slippery from all the little wet feet and I fell. The property needs more staff.

Great location and wonderful staff. We have stayed there before and will go back. Downside - like all chain hotel buffet breakfasts - nothing was ever hot. Very poor quality toilet paper!

Everything about the hotel was consistent with the excellent service and environment we have always experienced. Ample parking was convenient. The staff were super friendly and welcoming. The bright and spacious room was ultra-clean, with lots of towels and all we needed, including a place to set our luggage and hang/store clothes, handy mirrors, etc. Very well designed, as usual. The bathroom was immaculate and we enjoyed the excellent shower. The beds and pillows were amazing and we had a great sleep. What we appreciate most about this chain is the consistent cleanliness, quality fixtures, comfortable sleeping and fragrance-free environment. Our only item for improvement would be: the TV was limited and we would have enjoyed the option to sign onto our streaming services like Netflix. Our highest priority is fragrance-free though and as long as that is happening, we are lifelong patrons.

Breakfast was not hot ...just barely warm and somewhat limited from what I remember from our last visit to your hotel. Otherwise, very good.

A hot tub would have put it over the top!

Great value

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and greeted me cheerily each time I passed the front desk. The room was clean and quiet, and the bed was very comfortable. The location was within a 7-minute drive to the main shopping areas and several restaurants, and close to Highway 401 but far enough from the heavy traffic that it wasn't noisy.

Rooms were clean and breakfast was great

I am not one to eat breakfast so I can't comment on it but the tea could have been red rose (so Canadian) with milk for it. I did enjoy the company and would like to thank the staff that so graciously received my late luggage. Five star for that.
