Great, quiet room. Only issue was that elevator was extremely slow at all times

Spacious room, clean bathroom, good breakfast. But only one elevator.

If you don’t ask for house keeping they will not do it automatically unfortunately

The hotel was great the and the staff were friendly & helpful. When were were there, the elevator was out of order for maintenance for 2 days. We had to walk up and down 5 flights of stairs so that was very very inconvenient. The hotel only had one elevator. When booking the hotel, we were not informed the elevator would be out of service. If we were disabled, we would be screwed. The breakfast was wonderful with lots of options. But they kept on running out of bananas. The parking garage was dirty and dusty. Looked a bit sketchy. So we parked next to the hotel. Our hotel room was clean except the toilet rim underneath was all black. Overall, we were happy with our stay.

The manager was extremely nice!

Hard to reach someone at the front. We didn’t have bedding for the pull out bed, so we had to go get it from them ourselves. They put us in a room right next to the elevators, very loud. The hot breakfast wasn’t great, but it was super busy and hard to find a spot to sit. Beds and pillows were hard.

Picked this property for the pool and it wasn't available. Also booked for $100 less and hotel refunded that amount and charged for more. Would not book this hotel again.

Very clean, well taken care of premises. Decent selection for breakfast! Soooo quiet, even though the hotel had a marching band and two sports teams staying the same weekend. Didn't hear a thing! VERY COLD TEMPERATURE IN THE BREAKFAST ROOM AND HALLWAYS!
