Great hotel near outlet mall and short drive to Niagara on the Lake. Room was clean, comfortable and modern with a mini fridge, safe and coffee machine. Overall, great place to stay while visiting Niagara on the Lake.

I liked the room, it is big and confortable. The food is regular and the worst is they only offer disposable plates and dishes. The pet friendly service is ok because they can stay in the room, but they cannot be around the hotel..I understand the pool area and gym...but it would be possible an area for breakfast where we can go with our pet. The staff was kind.

Clean, comfortable and quiet on the floors. There were several teams there for a high school tournament but they were really only noticeable in the lobby and food area. Well behaved.

This was a great location that was close to many attractions such as the Falls, Niagara on the lake, wineries and breweries. All within 15 minute drive. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Holiday Inn Express. The location is convenient for Niagara Outlet Mall, Niagara on the Lake and Niagara Falls. The staff are welcoming and nice. Breakfast was good, and the breakfast staff are lovely and keep the food and coffe well fresh and stocked. Great area for my dog to walk around with a green area behind the hotel. Rooms are clean and well equipped with microwave, fridge and coffee maker. There is a pool, although we never went in, looks like it was well enjoyed by other guests. We had a wonderful relaxing Easter weekend.

Comfortable stay.

The property is clean and tidy. Staff are friendly and courteous. Excellent for shopping as it is next to the outlet. Close proximity to many dining options and wine tours. Definitely will be the choice to stay next time.

Nice clean spot

My wife and I really enjoyed the stay. We were very impressed with the room. The breakfast was wonderful with the staff doing an outstanding job!!

Clean But we lost one night of sleep they put us on the second floor very nice room but they never told us that is the floor they put dogs with owners there but all very well manner but the owners of the dogs good too . But the dog that was next door to us was not it barked all night we call the the front desk and they was to look into the problem but not resolved the next morning I complained to the manager they won’t us to move on the same floor but the other end of the building I told the manager I was to call the police but didn’t we there for three nights one night left in a couple of hours they call me that they where sorry and they throw them out dog and the owners so we slept in peace thank god.
