Great spot to visit Niagara falls. Walkable to the main attractions. And no carpet for the win! The coco restaurant makes really tasty pizza but breakfast wasn't great, for breakfast go across the street in the mall.

I liked that it was down the street from the falls. Easier to walk down then it was to walk up. There are places to stop and rest along the way. I did not like the pool hours being so late in the morning. 10:30 they open when check out is at 12:00. The room was spacious enough for 3 people but when I pulled the curtains back to open them, it looked like there was blood all over the back of them.

It was convenient to all amenities and the staff were very friendly. The hotel itself seemed old. We had asked for balcony and it overlooked the parking lot. Now I did book online so pictures were misleading. It was the noisiest hotel we have ever stayed at.
Definitely call to confirm anything your unsure of.

The manager was awesome! When we got our room, the people next door had a crying baby. My husband and I didn't get any sleep until late that night and the hotel manager was kind enough to move us the next day so we could get some rest. Thanks again!

Our room smelled like weed at one poibt coming threw the bathroom and it was like sleeping in an apartment building with children running back and forth above us .... could hear doors slamming at any hour ... floor in room slippery and no hot water for a shower
