A boutique hotel well located in the historic city of Quebec. Clean and well maintained with helpful staff. Not a criticism as it’s an old property but there is no lift and so be prepared to navigate a spiral staircase with luggage. The breakfast offered is very basic (yogurt, croissant, juice and coffee).

This is a comfortable small hotel with exceptional staff and a great location (near key Quebec sights without being directly within the craziness). The Nomad has admirable sustainability practices that other hotels should emulate. The room and facilities were clean and well-maintained, the room's furniture was comfortable and accommodating (two chairs and small table in the room for breakfast in, a small desk for quick work, comfy bed, decent bath linens), and the breakfast salon was bright and inviting. We didn't use parking but it's convenient and includes several charging stations. We don't know about accommodations for bicycles. Two improvements would be stronger coffee and cream (rather than milk), and robes to use when leaving the room for the lobby to fill the water pitcher.

I recently stayed for a week at Hôtel Nomad and I can say this hotel is a gem for anyone seeking a blend of historic charm and genuine hospitality. The heritage building is stunning, filled with artistic curiosities that give it a unique personality. The thoughtful attention to detail makes it clear how much the owners cherish the history and atmosphere of the building. I really loved the parlour room; it is beautiful room and offers a glimpse of the Château Frontenac and the nearby park. Don't miss the teddy bears crafted by a local artist using repurposed vintage furs! The location is fantastic. It is close to all the major sites yet tucked away on a quiet street. It’s also just a short walk to the Pierre-Dugua-De-Mons Terrace, which is a lovely place to enjoy a picnic and catch the sunset. As a solo traveler, the hotel truly felt like a home away from home. My standard room was surprisingly spacious, featuring an armchair, an ottoman to put my feet up, and nice lighting. The outdoor space was a treat to enjoy when the sun was out. What really sets this hotel apart is the staff. They were incredibly accommodating, whether they were answering my questions or just engaging in a brief chat about my day. As a first time solo traveller, I really appreciated the moments they took to chat with me.

Lovely staff and a unique hotel experience. The room was very comfortable, with nice linens and heated tile floors in the bathroom. The staff was very accommodating and we enjoyed our in-room breakfast each morning. It is a unique staff in that there is not 24/7 front desk staff and you have a physical key for your room, so be sure to communicate ahead of time if you will have a late arrival or early check out. We appreciated the tray for boots outside each room, which kept our living area in the hotel room clean and dry. The location was perfect, couldn't have asked for better.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Booked spa for the two of us and were excellent in their responses via email and phone. It was perfectly located a few blocks from the Chateau Frontenac, Au 1844, and all the quaint shops and cafes. Great MCM decor and impressive renovation of a historic estate. I would definitely recommend and return again. Janice
