Our room was not clean at all. The smell was like a wet animal smell. We asked for a new room they dint accommodate. The lady at the reception was not friendly at all. Her name was Anne. Horrible service. Pool was good but no towels. The phone in the room was not working so for every little request we had to walk down to get our work done or clarify something

I recently stayed at Hyatt Place Toronto/Mississauga Centre and overall had a very good experience. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The room met my expectations, and the location was convenient. The only disappointing part of my stay was the breakfast service. Breakfast is included with the room, which is appreciated, but I found some of the staff to be less welcoming than expected. As the buffet was closing, I politely asked for two plastic cups, and the interaction felt unfriendly, even though it was a simple request. I understand that the staff were closing the breakfast area, and I respect that they have procedures to follow. However, a little more kindness and hospitality would have made a big difference. I hope the hotel can improve the customer service experience at breakfast, as it would better match the overall quality of the hotel. Overall, I would still recommend this hotel and would consider staying here again.

My stay was extremely disappointing from start to finish. We had a late check-in, and I had requested a crib in advance. The crib was in the room, but there were no crib sheets, towels, or other essentials. I called the front desk and was told everything would arrive within 10 minutes, but it took nearly two hours.Because of this inconvenience, I was told I would receive a complimentary late checkout until 2:00 PM and that the $50 late checkout fee would be waived. Despite this, the front desk repeatedly called my room around 11:00 AM, 12:00 PM, 1:00 PM, and 2:00 PM, waking my baby during nap time. When I reminded the front desk that the fee had been waived, the staff member was rude, insisted on charging me $50 anyway, and hung up on me when I asked to speak with a manager.The breakfast buffet was decent, but one dish was incorrectly labelled as baked beans when it was actually curried chickpeas. Incorrect food labelling is a serious safety concern for guests with allergies or dietary restrictions. The pool was also freezing cold and did not appear to be heated, so my baby couldn’t enjoy it.Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. The poor customer service and lack of communication were unacceptable. Based on everything that happened, I believe a full refund for my stay is warranted. I would not recommend this hotel and will not be returning.

Overall great experience. Few things We noticed. We included breakfast in our stay but at least twice things were out and despite of asking multiple times the staff did not replenish. Overall rooms were clean but The A/C was running on max still was not cool enough for us.

The breakfast was great. I liked the fact that it catered for everyone and there was a variety from which to choose. I was just disappointed in the fact that they did not allow guests to take their breakfast to their room. My kids are late sleepers during the vacation so they missed breakfast on two occasions. The room attendants were awesome. They were patient and very kind. They brought clean fresh towels every day and always had a smile on their face. Every interaction with them was a treat.
