It was a great stay. The service was great and polite. Check-in and Check-out were quick. The was an issue with the bedding. But we called room service. And the attendant brought new fresh clean bedding and quickly replaced it.

Will stay here again if I come back for vacation in the same area. Really peaceful place with amazing view from the balcony. Breakfast was also really good.

Lovely view of the lake and a park was just across the road. Staff was courteous and helpful. Continental breakfast bar was always replenished. Cleanliness was top priority in the rooms and also the breakfast area.

Noisy place that allow dogs barking. Run down with drywall patches. Burn holes in comforter and dog fuhr. Staff can barely speak English and nod like they understand but have no clue to what you are saying. Spend a little more for better accomodation elsewhere.

No breakfast as advertised. The room reflects the price. Beds were very clean, the bathrooms were surfaced cleaned with no attempt at minor maintenance. Scuffs on the wall and dirt around the door. The heater is outdated and very loud. Most likely requireed maintenance but is all fairness it was minus 30 outside so good luck keeping anything warm.

So, showed up at about 8, after driving and they said that i had No reservation. So we go find another hotel and think nothing of it. Until there was an 85.00 hotel stay wherr they told us we had no reservation.
