The room had not been cleaned properly with bins still full and a beer can on the floor. Also, the food was served cold.

Très bien, tranquille et pas bruyant. Bon restaurant, le déjeuner continental inclus est limitée, aucune protéine. La chambre n'avais pas de douche seulement un grand bain. Piscine chauffée à 30C Le personnel est très serviable et aimable.

On a eu un loft tout équipé. C'était très bien. J'aurais aimé avoir des croissants pour déjeuner Mais le reste était impeccable Merci au personnel

Charming, but sadly did not meet our needs as property not very mobility friendly. Pool, spa and other amenities would have been awesome under other circumstances.

J’ai adoré le souper, belle ambiance… fondue excellente! Serveuses étaient souriantes! Cependant, le déjeuner continental… c’était un peu décevant. J’aurais aimé qu’on puisse avoir du fromages, fromage à la crème, Baguel, muffin, croissant… les seuls protéines étaient le beurre d’arachide et le yogourt. J’aurais payer l’extra :)

Notre 3ieme fois a cette hotel, rien a dire de mauvais.

Very nice place, nice people, pool and spa are quite nice but could be cleaner. Room (we were in a loft) was nice but not quiet. AC was beind the curtain so not optimal for it's effect if we wanted privacy. But so far we like our stay.

I really liked this quaint hotel which is in walkable distance to the restaurants on the Main Street in La Malbaie. I don’t know the front desk clerk’s name was he was so friendly! The room we stayed in was a small apartment with a cute “hobbit” door and had its own separate entrance. The beds were comfortable and the internet access was good. We didn’t have dinner here but we had breakfast and it was simple but good and included in your stay. There are hot tubs, a small pool and a small sauna. The views from the upper and lower balconies were very nice. We got our exercise walking up and down the steep driveway! I would definitely stay here again.

Heritage builiding which offers a unique experience. However, this older hotel is in need of major renovations. Any renovations or repairs that have been made were of poor quality. The floor in dining room and in our room was not level. I wonder if this building wouls pass a safety inspection...

Super endroit le service impeccable !

My god, for a Manoir, it is not worth it ! Old, need a lot of work. Carpet smell awfull and dirty. When we arrived at the lobby, all we could smell was french fries. Yark The man who received us at the lobby explained us all the amenities we were allowed. But, to us and other customers who arrived at the same time, the restaurant for dinner, lots of pressure to reserve there. Everytime, we cross him at the lobby, he says again that we have to reserve with him a table to make sure we had a table. He said it at least 5 times. By the way, the restaurant for that night was half empty. Very annoying. The lady that workes for the breakfast, was perfect. Smiling, made sure that everything was ok. She is the best worker there. Overall, I won't recommend this place. To expensive for an old place.

Oublier un chargeur rapide et impossible de le récupérer.

The AC doesn't works well during the first night, another rooms complaint about the same situation. It ran from 15:00 to 22:30 without any major improvement. The frontdesk movr us for 1 night to another room for the nigjt but mist go back the fay after. They want to fix it for the second night but i refuse and ask for refund... They doesn't agree! I just want to go out from this hotel since i do not trust them at all... If the repaot is bad i will be stick for the night... And this is a situation i do not want to play with. The guy at the front desk insult me and my wife saying we didn't know about this kind of old hotel (1901) and just want to use the situation to justify oir request for refund... I DON'T CARE ABOUT THIS OLD STYLE HOTEL I JIST NEED A FUNCTIONAL AC! I hate people not respecting us... STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL IF YOU WANT GOOD TIME. Finally we quit without refund... And we were happy!

Staff very accommodating very nice people

L’auberge est super bien entretenue et la chambre était propre et spacieuse, autant plus que les employés sont très sympathique. Je vais définitivement retourner! Je recommande à tous!

L'auberge est en cours de rénovation (encore beaucoup de travaux à faire). Petit déjeuner minime ( seulement pain grillé et quelques fruits et céréales). Chambre propre mais finissions à revoir. Chambre de bain prope mais manque de serviettes et aucun shampoing et savon.

Great friendly staff. Rooms and building are old. They tell you this before booking. It’s a nice change from sterile chain hotels. Lots of character. Would definitely stay again.
