My husband and I stayed at this property for an ultramarathon event. I was not aware that this is less a hotel room but more a hostel, with no person on the premises. We had one towel for a two person two night stay, barely half a roll of toilet paper (which ran out with no other supplies available) and one coffee kcup for both of us. Our room was directly next to a washbasin room where someone noisily washed dishes at 11pm. For the cost, this property was not worth the money.

The units had 3 self contained bedrooms and a common kitchen, living room etc. we have the whole unit booked for ourself. I guess it’s possible to share the common area with other single room guests if booked. We were very happy about the visit!

Bed and bedding were great. Internet worked fine but TV had an issue that could not be fixed during our short stay. Almost ski-in, ski-out access to the base at Mont Édouard was very convenient.

No light and no switch in the main entrance hall. At my arrival, it was already dark and I had hard time to find the envelope with the instruction for me. I paid 133$ + tx/night for a very small room (room 104) with a single bed size, minimum comfort offered, very noisy fun in the bathroom, no shampoo, no conditioner, very small tv with only few channels, no electrical plug close to the cafe machine to connect the power, no fridge, nobody on the site if you need something. I give 3 stars because of the gorgeous location.

This is way too expensive for the season and the room they provide. It was the only room available for us, so it wasn’t a choice! Wouldn’t recommend it, even for ski season!

It was an awful experience and misrepresented.

There was no service, no pool or spa, no kitchen! Don't believe the website - it is lies!!

A little pricey but very nice. Feels like a home away from home.

Perfect. Highly recommended. Everything was good. The rooms were clean and the staff were friendly.

Pictures Ads are misleading. There are no SPA at this hotel. You have to register to Edouard-les-Bains (extra $30/day) to have access to the SPA.

Have kitchens with stoves and ovens. Nice common area

once we found the checking in area - all went well- cozy setting - not to far from the village.. perfect kitchenette /dining area/living room -decent washroom- but small bedroom -with not so comfortable bed-

Je ne trouve pas ça très invitant qu on ne puisse pas parler à personne! Il faut regarder pour savoir où est l entrée! Lire dans la porte qu il faut aller chercher nous meme un enveloppe avec notre nom pour la carte de notre chambre! N importe qui peut y entrée donc j espère que c est arrivé à personne de ce retrouver pas d enveloppe et pas de chambre! On ne sait pas quand le paiement va ce faire car pas de Check in et pas de Check on ! C est des lits escamotable très haut, dur un drap seulement! Je trouve que le prix est vraiment trop cher pour le peut

Tout simplement nul. À éviter.

L'hébergement de très basse qualité, pour ne pas dire «cheap». Les chambres sont petites et moches (on comprend pourquoi il y a peu de photos des chambres!). L'hébergement était pratiquement inoccupé, avec des pièces vides ou remplies de meubles empilés. De plus, le hall d'entrée où se trouvent les clés des chambres est ouvert et sans surveillance: n'important qui peut y entrer et prendre les clés des chambres! D'ailleurs, la mienne ne fonctionnait pas et j'ai du attendre 45 minutes dehors avant que quelqu'un ne viennent changer ma clé. Car il faut savoir qu'il n'y a personne à l'accueil et que pratiquement personne ne répond au téléphone. Enfin, quand j'ai demandé de décaler ma réservation d'une journée, on a refusé, même si l'hébergement était presque et que c'était donc possible: j'ai alors du payer une nuit pour rien. Niveau service à la clientèle, c'est vraiment un gros zéro. Cet hébergement ne vaut définitivement pas le prix, et en ce qui me concerne c'est clair que je n'y retournerai jamais.
