Nous y avons passé une nuit et nous avons été très satisfaits. La chambre était propre, confortable et bien entretenue. Le personnel était accueillant, courtois et toujours prêt à aider. Une très belle expérience que nous recommandons sans hésiter!

L’endroit est vraiment parfait , bien situé , et beauté des paysage . Personnel très courtois . Chambre confortable et propre ! Mon seul bémol , la disponibilité du restaurant par manque de personnel je pense , donc je n’ai pas pu souper aucun des 2 soirs que j’y ai séjourné . Et pour ce qui de l’état de l’endroit en général , très bien mais aurait besoin d’un peu d’amour . Mais très beau séjour en général tout est parfait !

You need to ask where is the spa and how to access it, and if you come earlier, you need a card to access that is available at the reception desk. You need to ask everything to be able to find where you are going. Otherwise, everything was good and the suite wow and double wow with a nice view of the lake.

Hotel needs some maintenance in general, balconies were wobbly. Overall we enjoyed exploring the vast hotel territory and the lake with free access to the kayaks and paddleboard, however the lake has polluted water and we heard from locals not to swim in it.

L’emplacement est magnifique, un vaste terrain pour marcher, piscine intérieure et extérieure (par contre, il manque de chaise à la piscine), terrain de golf et petit lac privé. Choisir une chambre avec plancher de bois! L’air climatisé est très bruyante! Très bon petit restaurant à proximité pour le déjeuner, dîner et souper!

Manoir des Sables feels like an old fashioned family resort. The small lake at the back was fun with kayaking and paddle boating. The pool was nice but there was not much seating or enough lounge chairs. The food was very good but expensive. Our room was okay. The mattress had to be replaced as the first was saggy but the staff was very accommodating. Over all our experience was good. The resort does feel older and a little run down. The food was good and the staff was wonderful.

Tous les informations étaient en français pourquoi m'envoyer ce message en anglais. Spas et piscines insalubre pleins de moisissures, couleurs de l'eau douteuse. Chambre nettoyer a 60 % fils d'araignée au plafond tout le tour de la chambre, murs de douche ultra sale, trouvé cheveux très long alors qu'on a les cheveux court. Balcon remplie d'insectes morts. Oreiller vraiment dure. Mais le reste était parfait. Si je vais revenir bien non.

L’hébergement est bien mais il manque un peu d’amour aux installations (l’échelle de la piscine extérieure est croche et ma fille s’est coincée le doigt), les spas intérieurs étaient mal entretenus, à l’extérieur les pédalos et chaises longues étaient un peu brisés. Il y aurait une possibilité d’agrandir la portion plage et faire qq’chose de plus beau et propre pour les enfants. Sur le site Expedia : enlever le point que les chiens sont interdits car ils sont 100% admis avec un supplément mais nous avons dut faire garder les nôtres dut à la réservation d’Expedia lorsqu’on aurait pu les apporter. Les chambres & salle de bain étaient propres pour cela rien à dire. Personnel très sympathique.

The hotel and the rooms are a little outdated and have a worn in feel. Bathroom was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Beautiful view from the balcony. Lots of cool activities available for guests. I would probably stay here again.
