Hello My wife and I were very satisfied with this hotel, because it is very clean and spacious and has the necessary facilities and the hotel receptionist was very kind and polite and patient and friendly. Overall, the hotel is great, just far from the city center and a little difficult to access, especially for us who did not have a car. Overall, everything was great

First impressions were rough, it looked kinda run down and we were confused. But the inside looks very nice, the staff were also super kind. The rooms were clean and looked like a normal hotel room. I would stay there again.

The room was clean but was too small as compared to what was shown in the pictures. The a.c wasnt working at all. Basically, its not a hotel as we booked it thinking it was a hotel but its not. It also said the reception stays open 24 hours but when we checked in late night, we had to knock at the reception's door to reach out to them.

We had a good time. The place is reminiscent of a motel, but has some additional features which makes it a hotel. Housekeeping did a great job each day. Parking wasn’t an issue. The double bed was a fold up sofa bed and wasn’t particularly comfortable- but all in all, we had a good time and dont have any reservations in recommending this place to others.

Great location and price in Chamby with only a 10 min drive to Brossard REM rail station which has a huge parking lot providing free parking for 24 hrs so you can travel into downtown Montreal @ Station Central - Metro station Bonaventure.Very pleasant and friendly husband & wife hosts.

Very nice property for a stay in Montreal. Only a 15 min drive to the new REM line station at Brossard which brings you into the city centre (Gare Central) which is Bonaventure on the Metro line.

The property is surprisingly located in a quiet area and is just a stone’s throw away from Dix30. Our room was clean and the AC was already on when we arrived. It’s nice that they have keyless/card-less door locks. The pond may be a nice feature but may also be a source of insects in search for iron-rich fluids. But there is no doubt that I will book this place again.
