Close proximity to Casino, price quality. Don't really care for carpet in room. Bathroom fan and air conditionning unit noisy.

This is a good hotel and located close to The highway. It was very clean but the beds are old and need to be replaced.

A great place to stay. I enjoyed staying at this inn. The staff were great. I will stay at this place again. Thank you and keep it up! 🙂

The receptionist was great we got in a little early and she gave us a room before the normal check in time the breakfast was good and hot will stay in next time

i was especially appreciative of the deaf woman on the breakfast staff who was so gracious, friendly and helpful.

Great for our 1 night stay. Close to TransCanada highway and anything else you need.

The trip was fine. The only issue was refusing to clean our room one of the days because we had a pair of pyjamas on each bed and a heating pad. Also cause we had toiletries on the bathroom vanity. We stayed for three nights where were we supposed to put our stuff? When we followed up the housekeeping staff told us that a customer got upset that their stuff was touched so a new rule was put in place. If the housekeeping staff has to touch any of the customer's stuff their beds don't get made and their bathrooms don't get cleaned. I have never had this experience before and I don't feel that the majority of us should be penalized for the inappropriate behaviour of a past customer. There must be a way for them to sign a waiver. I would like feedback on this weird rule. The young housekeeping staff was nervous around us when we followed up. No issues with her. Also on June 6 around 9pm one of your female desk staff was sleeping in a chair in the back room.

Not happy with the price though the discount services. I booked and it was 235 I think. I failed to notice it was us funds. I was a Canadian booking a Canadian hotel and never thought it was us. Got to the hotel and it was 465 or so Canadian. I was dumbfounded. If you go on now the rooms start at 99 Canadian. I felt I was taken advantage of. I just booked a place in Quebec City and it was only a little over half the Price through your service.
