Bien situé, chambre propre silencieuse

Tres propre, proche du galeries de la capitale.

Stay was good, but unfortunately the wifi was very slow. Was unable to work properly will in my room.

Le chauffage fait beaucoup de bruit

Beautiful property. The rooms were amazing and the staff were very nice. The only problem we had was that our key cards kept disactiving all the time. Even with that we would totally stay there again.

It was ok… we can hear almost everything from every room nearby…. Like the other room’s snoring guy. Breakfast was ok. Waffle super good, very old bananas. It’s was very close to where I was working but it would need a refresh at some points

It was not quiet at all !!!!! Wow wasn’t able to sleep…. And on top of that, the bed was not confortable….

Très propre et parfait pour y dormir en famille avant de quitter passer la journée à l’extérieur!

Cozy and comfortable, great stay

I felt this hotel is a little bit old. Old itself is OK but room and bed sheets need to be more clean.

We stayed for 3 nights while we went to Bora Parc/Valcartier and Mega Parc. Proximity to the mall and Adonis grocery store was great. The continental breakfast was fine and met expectations. My two kids (8 & 10y.o) slept on the pull out couch bed. That mattress wasn’t great, and you could feel every spring. This is however to be expected from a pull out mattress. The king size bed was comfortable, the pillows were ok.

The hotel is clean, the room is renovated. You could adjust the heating inside the room according to your personal needs. Breakfast had a variety of food.

This property works if you are looking for their best assets 1. close to a shopping mall 2. Nice restaurants within a short driving distance 3. The "two bedroom" layout with ample space. But you may not like 1. eggs that may make you sick. 2. Crowds at breakfast time 3. walls so paper thin that you can hear the snoring and nocturnal activities of the people next door 4. a dog that barked almost the entire day (not really their fault but enforce some kind of rules) 5. Staff that find it hard to offer supplies even if you stay for a week without cleaning 6. One elevator for the entire property 7. stairs half way down the hallway that made carrying heavy items a chore 8 a credit card reader that didn't work at check in (need to keep an eye out for extra activity on my statements).

The bed and especially the pillows were so comfortable.

There was a dog in a close room… some other client (volleyball team) stayed awake until 1 am, and kept us awake.

Bonjour, j’ai beaucoup aimé la suite. Cependant, lorsque nous sommes arrivés le 24 il y avait deux baluchons d’oreillers qui traînaient à côté de notre porte et à notre départ le 26 ils étaient toujours là, j’ai trouvé ça un peu ordinaire mais en général nous avons passé un très bon séjour à cet hôtel. Aussi, j’ai trouvé que les options de déjeuner étaient un peu limités.
