The room was spacious and very clean. The comp breakfeast was a good selection. The only thing i would recommend is that they did run out briefly but after 20 min more food came out. I know it is a challenge between making too much or too little. People generally come down around 8am to 10 so it would be ideal to crank out more in that time.
The only suggestion is that the new flooring you installed is terrible for sound absorbing. We could hear the people above us constantly. The floors were great looking and add to the overall high standards of cleanliness but you should have accounted for sound carrying to guests below. Luckily we were out during the day and fell asleep quickly.
Overall i highly recommend and will definitely book again in the future.

1)Demande pour charger auto électrique (3 fois) à la réception l’employé était supposé aller partir la borne .Mon auto a été chargé dans une autre borne payante le lendemain.
2)Le système WiFi ne fonctionne pas car trop de monde branché
3)La chambre a été rénovée mais le ménage des meubles n’a pas été effectués.
4)Aucune mention qu’il faut acheter un coupons pour le déjeuner.
5)Rénovations dans l’immeuble mais aucune indication comment se rendre au restaurant.

We booked last minute after driving for thirteen hours so when we got to our room and it smelled faintly of urine we were too lazy to go ask for a different space. The back hinge (the thing that closes the door) was broken, the shower handle wasn’t attached properly. The restaurant seemed under construction. In short it’s a hotel desperately in need of repair.
But it wasn’t too expensive and it was only for one night. The bed was cozy and the suite we were in was huge.

Was not made aware it would be under full renovations during our stay, ( which started at 6:30am) restaurant was closed, pool was green and outside doors were left open for anyone to walk through. We booked for our volleyball tournament and 5 of the 12 parents had to change rooms due to cleanliness.

the hotel is under construction which i was not informed prior to booking or arrival. it has not been indicated on website or hotel.com. due to construction there was dust and debris in the passage and smell in the rooms which made it very uncomfortable to breathe, let alone sleeping in such condition. the dust layer was evident on the furniture in rooms. even we had hotel change our room but the situation did not get better. the hotel should have informed about construction before so we could have opted for another property.

I had a very disappointing stay at Hotel Ramada in Ottawa. The hotel was under construction, extremely noisy, and completely lacked proper cleanliness. The rooms and public areas were not cleaned properly, and it was obvious that hygiene was not a priority.
The staff were rude and unhelpful, showing absolutely no sense of hospitality. Instead of welcoming guests, they had a high and arrogant attitude.
They also failed to provide breakfast coupons at the time of check-in, causing unnecessary confusion and frustration.
Overall, the entire experience felt like a complete waste of money. I would strongly advise others to stay away from this hotel until they fix these serious issues.
Absolutely would not recommend this place to anyone.

Hello. We stayed here in Saturday night for 260 bucks we arrived Saturday about 7pm got our keys and headed to our room when we found the whole place under renovations which is fine but our room wasnt finished. The water wouldn't drain down the sink the bathtub faucet was backwards with hot and cold. We wanted to watch the hockey game and it was only in french and we wanted to eat but the restaurant was closed for renos. For 260 bucks we expected more. I see now the rooms are 101 dollars anight online. Likely wont be back ever

The place was lovely when we went to check in and the staff were very friendly. My biggest complaint would be that once we checked in with we were told that we would not be able to get to our room from the lobby and had to walk to the other end of the building in pouring rain to get to the entrance for our room. Once we got in there it was all under construction and not easy to navigate. Our room was very clean but had an odd smell when we first arrived, and there was also people sitting in the hall not far from our room smoking weed…. That was a bit of a turn off as people that don’t smoke and booked a nonsmoking room. But overall it was a nice place

The hotel is in some renovations but it did not bother us at all. Room was fine, spacious and clean. The curtain are really high, it is OK but let sunshine in in the morning. We did not have a "do not disturb" card, so we were waked up each day in the morning. Other than that. All OK.
