The communication with the check in wasn’t the best, very slow to response. Definitely need to improve on that.

Room is clean.

Great stay. Washer/dryer was very convenient. The view was terrific. I only wished the bedrooms had tvs, but it was cool. Helpful staff

The fact that I ordered a room with a pull-out couch didn’t get it. Then we were given a blow up mattress that could even fit on the room floor. Very disappointing didn't get what I paid for.

Came over from the states for the weekend with some friends and had an awesome stay. The staff has great communication and was very accommodating. Will definitely stay again.

Great communication, lots of walkable restaurants! The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable as well :)

There are very accomodating in answering inquiries, the unit is clean and very spacious

When we arrived, there were wet towels, sheets and duvet covers in the washer and dryer. So i spent 2 hours doing their laundry before i could do our own. The room stank of dope for the full week we were there. It was coming from another room and obviously is a regular issue with no resolve. Advertised as sleeps 6 but 4 max.

This has been a very suboptimal experience, at best. While the staff were readily responsive, the amount of inconvenience did not make up for it. First of all, the layout of the building was extremely confusing in accordance to finding your room from the parking garage, the lighting in the room is minimal - not ideal for putting make up on. The fobs only work half the time, nor should I have to call for Wi-Fi support as the proposed iD was non-existent, followed by "did you troubleshoot the modem?". Then, during check out, only one elevator was working in the building due to "monthly generator repairs" so my options were "take the stairs" (all the way down to P4 [which you need your fob to get to despite instructed to leave it in the room upon check out] or wait "about 30 minutes" for the next elevator (which was jam packed). Unreal. Do better, RivetStays.

Very central hotel. High floors which were great for a view of the city. The negatives were that it didn't seem clean, old pill packets and hair bobble on the bedside table, dirty kitchen worktop and hob and shampoo still in the bath! If it was cleaner it would have been perfect.

Need blackout curtains and more space for stuffs, probably an organizer.

While the property was small, it was very modern and comfortable for our family of five with the three bedrooms, two bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen and washing machine and dryer. There were amazing skyline views from the balcony on the 23rd floor. The property is a 7min walk from Eaton Centre and the train station and there were several food options and a nearby metro.

It could be a lot more clean. Good location and amenities.

Wonderful property, but the staff there should be more cooperative, I had problem with bathroom door, it was not locking so I tried telling the staff there but they said can you manage instead of try to fix the door. In the end they didn't do anything
