Super 8 by Wyndham Quebec City

Very clean and quiet. Also their staff is super friendly and helpful as well. Their continental breakfast was really good!!!

Could have more choices for breakfast

The staff at the Wyndham Quebec City were very polite and courteous. They accommodated my two children and two dogs. The breakfast buffet had more variety than we expected. My children loved the pool and the water slide. The adults loved the hot tub.

Room was ok, lobby seems odorous, less air circulation.

Bien dans l’ensemble. Insonorisation complètement absente! La chambre à côté a passé la soirée + le milieu de la nuit et des 6h am au telephone sur le haut parleur et j’ai eu la chance de tout entendre comme si elle était dans la meme pièce. Un vrai calvere!

La chambre était propre et belle, mais le spa était en réparation.

Room were clean but had an odor in every room. We changed but still the odor was there. One of the room, toilet was backed up. When checked in and flushed to check, the water came out in the room. So had to change room. Front desk girl was super friendly and tried help In Every way. She deserve a raise.

When I entered the room, I didn't find any heat and the weather was cold. -13 and I had children with me. I didn't enjoy the room. and hotel was crowded

I specifically booked this hotel for 4 reasons; 1- location 2- pool 3- Hot tub 4- Continental breakfast I love to do things with my children, but I also want an amenity or two for myself. So, 1- as mentioned above, the location is within about 20 minutes to major attractions. (Valcartier village, bora park, aquarium, Old Quebec City) BUT YOU NEED TO HAVE A VEHICLE. 2- the kids loved the pool and slide (our kids were 19, 18, 15, 10) 3- The hut tub was a GIANT let down for me!!! It was out of service!!! I asked about it and was told someone had vomited in it, so it had to be shut down. I totally understand that. BUT, the next day I asked again, as nobody seemed to be cleaning or filling it. I was then told that it wasn’t working “for a while” and wouldn’t be because it “has a leak in it.” So which is it?? 4- Continental breakfast. It was the most basic continental breakfast I have EVER seen!! I was getting pretty tired of toast, yogurt, and weak coffee. On top of this, I booked 2 rooms. One room was cleaned, but not stocked. Again, I am extremely pro for adults having a bit of “luxury” for themselves, I decided after the room, hot tub, breakfast chaos, I would rather change to an alternate hotel. But apparently you CAN NOT DO THAT WHEN YOU BOOK THROUGH EXPEDIA AND THE TRIP HAS ALREADY STARTED. AND YOU CAN NOT CALL AND TALK TO ANYONE ABOUT THE SITUATION!!! **If I did this again, I would stay at the Quebec Inn and NOT BOOK WITH EXPEDIA!!!**

The magnetic key doesn't work; have to change it everyday. No cleaning for our room during our 3 night stay. The water in the swimming pool has too much chlorine and made burn my eyes. Breakfast is the most basic you can get.

poor hotel management

We liked that there’s a pool and a slide. Also, there’s the breakfast included in the am. Accessible and close to restaurants. Overall stay was great. Highly recommended, especially if you have kids.

The kids loved the pool. The parking wasn’t big enough.

La seule chose que je peux dire c'est que la ventilation ne doit pas bien fonctionner car nous n'avons pas pu rester une heure dans la piscine car l'odeur du chlore était extrême, j'ai remarqué que mes enfants ont commencé à tousser et d'autres enfants aussi alors nous sommes sorti. Rendu à la chambre j'ai ouvert la fenêtre pour changer d'air, là aussi c'est problématique l'humidité avec le bain tourbillon.

It was a nice big room

Very clean ! Liked the pool!
