The Don Club

The room was well kept and the bathroom was beautiful. The bed was massive and so soft. The water pressure in the shower was great. Elodie and Shaq are very helpful, kind and friendly. Their breakfast was amazing and personalized. This was a really beautiful bed and breakfast, I highly recommend staying here.

Did have a bit of a concern before arriving as it was a special holiday for my wife and we normally stay in hotels, However the B&B was outstanding. Megan and Elodie are excellent hosts. Really enjoyed breakfast and Elodie is keen to get guests talking to each other, made breakfast a real treat. The room, whilst on the small side, was extremely comfortable and had all the amenities. The location is very good. Next door is an excellent restaurant, Aroma Meze, but you need to book, even during the week as it is packed every night

Perfect location for us as we could walk or get quick rides to wherever we chose to go. The neighborhood was safe and pleasant for walking to the downtown area. Breakfast and hosts were delightful. The little restaurant next door was a lovely with little tapas and fine wines. The room was small but cosy, and the street quite quiet for a restful sleep.

Great Staff, very nice

I paid for four nights at this place but left after staying only two. There is something "ghostly" wrong about this place. Taps and showers running when no one else is around, "kids" running up and down the stairs but no footsteps when they get to the second floor. Everything else is fine but be prepared for some weird events.

Lovely hosts, whom

What a lovely place. Perfect for a solo trip. The staff is helpful, breakfast is great, everything is clean, location is very good.

Exceptionally Warm hospitality by Elody & Megan. Felt like having a great breakfast at my friends house. Enjoyed the friendly conversation with fellow guests. Clean room, kind staff, and so on

This is a hidden gem in Ottawa. A beautifully restored old home converted into a bed and breakfast. The room is small but feels very cozy and welcoming the bed is incredibly comfortable. The private bathroom is well stocked with all necessities. And everything is absolutely spotless. I was also a huge fan of the decor, very well thought out. And to top it off the host is so accommodating and kind.

The breakfast was good but may be a challenge if you are in a rush since the hosts chat with guests while cooking.

This was the most perfect bed and breakfast with the best hosts! Elodie and Shaq are extremely welcoming, give amazing recommendations, and make a lovely breakfast. The place has everything you need for an excellent stay!

The Don Club met all of my expectations, set on a quiet street close to tourist areas and fun neighbourhoods. I appreciate the philosophy, rooms are comfortable but the owners want you to go off a see the city. And bonus, fantastic small plate restaurant next door and excellent Italian restaurant right across the street.

This B&B was an absolute delight. It’s an older home that has been beautifully renovated, and it truly feels like something out of a little storybook. Everything was spotless and so fresh-looking, with a crisp white exterior and navy trim that gives it a peaceful, welcoming feel. The rooms were cozy, comfortable, and tastefully decorated in a simple, elegant style—nothing overdone, just perfectly done. You can tell a lot of care has gone into every detail. It felt both homey and boutique at the same time. The breakfast was absolutely delicious—cooked to order and the perfect way to start the day. You can really taste the quality and care that goes into it. We felt completely relaxed from the moment we arrived. If you’re looking for a charming, peaceful, and beautifully maintained place to stay, this B&B is a gem. Highly recommend!
