Hubby and I, very much enjoyed our stay here together. It was quiet, clean and the pool was great. The restaurant was a different experience, though the food was 50/100. My steak was done well, but my fries and piece of toast, was mediocre at best. My husband ordered a chicken parm & that was done alright as well.

The room itself was clean. Beds were comfy. The bathroom counter had some dirty spots and the bathtub sunk into the middle so you’d be standing in a small puddle while showering. Kids loved the pool and waterslide. Staff were all very friendly.

The location is very convenient. Staffs were nice and helpful. There was nothing concerning when we checked in but on the first night, the construction across the street kept on banging too loud that we couldn’t sleep. Windows were not sound proofed. The next day, it rained and hailed. That’s when concerns showing up. water is dripping from the window and flooding the floor. Only then we realized that smell from the window were moldy. We called housekeeping and they mopped the floor. They put towels on the window to absorb the rainwater. I don’t want to make comment because it wasn’t the staff’s fault but i was disappointed when the staff said that it has been their problem for a long time and it only happens when raining! Seriously dumb! The building is old, understandable but should be checked and maintained. The room rates were cheaper. Yes, you get what you paid for but I did not expect molds is part of what I paid for! This is health concern.

The staff were quick and professional about fixing anything we were unhappy about.
