We were very disappointed in our stay at the TP Suites. We've stayed there several times in the past. When we checked in, we were told that our suite would be serviced twice, on Sunday and Tuesday. On Sunday, the room was not serviced. We reported this to the front desk. They apologized and asked us when we would like the room serviced the next day. The next day, the room was once again not serviced. We once again reported this to the front desk. We received the same response regarding servicing the room the following day. The following day came and went without anyone servicing our room. We basically completed a 5-night stay without anyone cleaning our room. By the time we left, we had accumulated 6 days' worth of trash, and the pile of towels nearly reached the top of the toilet tank. It's truly a shame because the hotel in general is terrific, the front desk staff is always friendly, and we've always enjoyed our stay there.

We liked this hotel. Comfortable and great staff. The only drawback is the location because it’s not easily walkable to the main area and attractions. We paid $30 to park in a public lot in the main area for the day, so it wasn’t a huge issue.

Hotel is very nice and clean. Rooms ere clean. Breakfast was ok. Plenty of parking. There is a bus stop right across the hotel. 10 min drive to the Falls. Hotel is in a quiet area. Good stay and very nice staff

The staff was great! The hotel is newly remodeled & everything is very clean & comfortable. All 3 days the proteins like eggs & sausage were very disappointing.There's a variety of breads, & cereal. The pastry is rubbery. The new shower floor is slippery. The staff gave us a rubber mat upon request.
