Disappointing from start to finish. Tried calling to see if we could check in early (1 hr early). Multiple phone calls with never anyone answering. Got here an hour before check in and asked if possible to have room early. Front desk response was an exasperated “fine let me check”. No welcome, no thank you. All front desk staff miserable and not friendly or welcoming. The one who checked us in and different one checked us out clearly hate their job. Once in room - wifi is spotty at best , non existent at worst. Doesn’t work more often than it does. Hot water in shower takes a long time to heat up - was almost done a cold shower before it kicked in. The A/C is designed to blow right in your face when lying on bed causing for a lousy sleep. The only positive is the bed itself was great. The rest of our entire floor seemed to be together and partied loudly until after 2am throughout hallway. No action from hotel. We then stopped by front desk the next morning to say we didn’t need our room serviced but there was a sign at front desk saying “be back soon” but with a lineup of people waiting with no one at desk and no indication of when they would be back. Old SLOW elevator. Overall very old and not well maintained hotel (stained carpets and walls throughout) that can charge what it does for proximity to mountain. Went down to car on final morning to get something and they had already deactivated room key (at 930am). Don’t recommend.
