The floor was stinking, bedsheet didn't look clean or probably wasnt changed. The curtains were sheer with a blind on the window which barely helped.

Very unfriendly when checking in…gave hard time about ID when got there to check in…expired drivers licence that has been renewed with a sticker on my old license which clearly says Valid Id…but they wouldn’t take it without extra paperwork…made me leave and go dig through card to find it…then threatened to cancel my pre-paid reservation because I got angry that they were putting me through this…not the way you want to be treated after a long drive and just want to check in…this is picture ID which they could clearly see was me…they said this was their policy because they were scammed by someone in the past…like that’s my issue now? My valid government picture ID with my address on it and my photo and the credit card I booked this reservation with wasn’t good enough?? Then after all this when we finally got to the room there were 3 employees in our room…one sitting at the desk on her phone which she was charging as well, and two men…claimed to be checking our room that was supposed to be ready…so not really sure why they were there but I’ve never checked into a hotel room only to find staff in my room. I would never recommend this place to anyone…stay away!

People partying till 5:00 in the morning both nights. We were unable to sleep at all and not much action taking by the hotel to address the issue. We took naps in the daytime just to catch up on sleep. Empty liquor bottles and garbage bags full of beer cans left in the hallways from the groups that were partying. Spoke to the staff when we were checking out they said they had tons of complaints and thier security warned the people that were making noise multiple times, but did not want to remove them because there was kids in their group. Music was blasted till 5:00 in the morning and screaming and yelling also running up and down the hallways and banging on walls. People should not be acting like this at hotels especially when traveling with kids. Hotel should have removed them. Otherwise our hotel room was clean facility was clean and the staff seemed nice otherwise. Would have gave four stars in all areas otherwise.

The fire alarm went off during the 2nd night of our stay in the early morning, we weren’t offered a later check-out because of this- even an extra 30 minutes would have been helpful as we weren’t able to get back to our rooms for that duration.

I booked the deluxe room, not sure what that was supposed to entail but I ended up getting a very small room on the main floor. The room was clean and bed was comfy. Overall a fine experience.
