This place met our expectations and more. The kind and friendly staff made our stay so amazing. They helped us get my dad to the doctor. The meals were just what we wanted and needed. Everyone was so attentive. Thank you for the wonderful experience. Viña Del Mar is a definite return visit.

The hotel was ok for a short stay, clean and staff were nice. Only cons was it’s so noisy being on the main road, we needed the window open as there is no aircon so didn’t sleep well due to all night road traffic, outdated hotel.

In general the hotel is good, if a little dated. Cleanliness is top notch, good shower, adequate breakfast, good coffee. Staff is very nice and helpful. One negative is poor internet. This is an area where there is rooom for improvement.

Si necesitas Internet? Este definitivamente: NO es tu hotel.
No puedo decir que pésima, porque a pesar del anuncio, no existió.
La muy débil señal no servía ni para un WhatsApp.
Lo reporté jueves noche: "ya lo vamos a revisar"
Viernes día: "Lo voy a reportar para que cuando regresen esté bien", íbamos a un tour.
Viernes 9pm: "¿cómo, no lo arreglaron? Ya lo voy a resetear, tome una clave nueva, si el problema continua me llama"
Mismo viernes 1 hora después (10pm): "no tiene Internet? A mi no me han dicho nada. A esta hora no puedo hacer nada. Mañana un técnico revisa" Yo: ya mañana nos vamos. Gracias.
Recepción: "Seguro el router que está en la habitación de al lado lo desconectaron. Pero mañana lo arreglan.
Limpieza: use zapatos dentro de la habitación. La alfombra no se ha lavado en al menos meses.
Amabilidad: Solo Valentina de Recepción puso buena cara. El resto bien amargados.
Piénselo mejor. Relación calidad precio: terrible.
