La persona encargada, estuvo en contacto con nosotros desde el dia anterior a la reserva, en nuestro caso que íbamos del extranjero nos permitió guardar el equipaje y nos permitió acceder antes de la hora del checking para poder movernos por la ciudad.

Great location. Very clean. 2 bathrooms makes it very convenient. Bear in mind that does not have AC but we were fine at nighttime with the patio doors slightly opened. However, quite noisy neighbourhood

Good location for us to walk around city. Shopping, restaurants and site seeing were easy to navigate by foot . We averaged about 4-6 miles a day at an easy walk seeing most things we wanted to before leaving for our 14 day cruise around the horn to end in Buenos Aires.

PÉSIMO SERVICIO, me cancelaron la reservación, llegamos de noche, desde otro país, 9 horas de vuelo, todos los tour los tenía con esta dirección. Se lavaron las manos y nos dejaron a la deriva con todo y que dejé tarjeta en garantía. DEFINITIVAMENTE NADA RECOMENDABLE y debería sacarlo de Expedia. NEFASTO.

O apartamento tem bom tamanho, acomodou bem 7 pessoas. Porém não tinha um pano de chão nem de.prati, deixaram toalhas a menos e falaram q era só pedir secador e não tinha ..um frio daqueles pra ficar de cabelo molhado...sacanagem e pedimos vários dias sem sucesso....

Es buena la ubicacion la cama e lnstalaciones cómo el Wi.Fi. pero el horario de entrada era a las 15hs. Y no pudimos entrar sino hasta las 16:30hs. La salida se nos exigió que saliéramos a las 12hs sin excepción. Solo nos dieron 2 toallones, y el piso no estaba limpio, y posee un ventanal de más de 4mts. Y no tiene blackout, sino cortinas transparentes cuando amanece es imposible seguir durmiendo. El estacionamiento que ofrecen no es económico y es un laberinto con curvas muy ajustadas si un vehículo quiere salir y otro entrar, uno debe retroceder. Sin duda, si volviera a Chile, buscaría otro lugar.

Segue críticas construtivas que o apartamento deve melhorar para tornar a sua estada mais agradável: - Colchão (está velho o atual) - Cortina do tamanho da janela (atual é menor e a claridade pela manhã incomoda) - Poucos utensílios de cozinha (pelo menos o básico deveria ter no apartamento)
