Decent rooms, lobby and restaurant is beautiful. Location is very close to airport. Very nice & friendly staff.

Apesar de o hotel ser muito bonito e ter uma localização excelente, minha experiência no geral acabou deixando a desejar por alguns pontos importantes. O grande destaque, sem dúvida, é a equipe: todos foram extremamente amigáveis, atenciosos e prestativos, sempre com um sorriso no rosto e dispostos a ajudar. Isso faz diferença e merece reconhecimento — o atendimento foi realmente maravilhoso. No entanto, infelizmente a estrutura e alguns serviços essenciais não acompanham. A internet é de péssima qualidade, o que prejudica bastante a estadia, especialmente para quem precisa trabalhar ou simplesmente quer ter uma conexão estável. O café da manhã também é bem fraco e com pouquíssima variedade: basicamente um café fraco, frutas (muitas em conserva e poucas naturais), pães (alguns aparentando já ter alguns dias), queijo, presunto e ovo. Para o padrão esperado, fica muito simples. Além disso, o hotel precisa urgentemente de reforma. Dá para perceber que é uma propriedade antiga, e faltam comodidades básicas — inclusive algo tão essencial quanto ajuste de temperatura no quarto, que simplesmente não existe. Em resumo: lugar bonito, localização ótima e equipe excepcional, mas a experiência não entrega o conforto e os serviços que se espera. Com melhorias na internet, no café da manhã e uma renovação na estrutura, tem tudo para ser excelente — porque o potencial é enorme, e o time humano já é nota 10.

Dirty and old. Not only the room but entire hotel. Breakfast is decent. Wifi terrible. They use 3 sim cards (each for every floor) and all rooms are using it. Receptionist uses his own cell phone for hotel’s internet needs. All hotels are in the city but this one is 3.5 miles out. One and only good thing for this hotel is the staff. Receptionist, breakfast lady they all excellent people. But they are helpless.

Friendly, helpful staff. Wonderful breakfast spread. Spacious lounge with sofas as well as tables and a bar. Hotel was about 3 miles outside of town with a view of the bay. Quiet setting. I found this place a few days earlier because my flight out of Antarctica had been changed so I had to stay in Puerto Natales for a few nights. My only complaint is that the internet was spotty; it was better in the lounge area than in the rooms. BUT, for what I paid, this place was awesome.

Just ok , bath top faucet malfunction but operatable. Hotel manager is knowledgeable Front desk and kitchen staff are very friendly , wish to speak a little bit English

Staff we re amazing and went out of thier way to please but the faculties are old and tired and out of town which was not clear when booking.

Stayed here while doing doing trips to Torres Del Paine. About 4 km from the town. Had a rental car. So was convenient to travel. Beautiful, quiet location. The people running the place were amazing, helping you with every need. The restaurant, though had limited options, was good and very flexible with timings. Felt like leaving home at the end of my stay !!

Very friendly

It was a nice family run establishment with a charming host. It was a bit outside of town but was an easy Uber into town. Breakfast was great.
