The hotel had been opened a few months in March 2014 and was in excellent condition. Front desk staff was extremely courteous and helpful. Rooms were modern and comfortable. The location is not close to much nightlife, so a taxi is necessary. Be sure to make arrangements for a taxi pick up after dinner for return to the hotel, as taxis do not cruise in Antofagasta.

The hotel was nice and had a good restaurant. The staff was friendly, and the rooms were clean. The gym is sort of creepy in the basement and it was easier to run outside along the water. The wifi did not work as well as expected in our rooms, but was much better in the dining area. If you wanted room service you had to request a menu, and it was limited to sandwiches. If you are a walker there was a good mall about 30 minutes away that had okay restaurants.

Even though I stayed on the 11th Floor, the room was on the street side and was very noisy. Shower was so-so not much water pressure. One of the gentlemen that worked at the front desk was extremely rude.

This is a newish 14 storey hotel within a short walk to the sea. The room was of a modest size with a big modern bathroom. All the facilities were of a high standard, but the overall look was not as good as it could be due to poor building workmanship.The bed was big and very comfortable. Tea and coffee was available in the room together with a number of complimentary soft drinks in the minibar (included in the room rate).
Breakfast was excellent for Chilean standards, with fresh fruit, cereals, Yoghurt, various types of bread, cakes, pastries, cheese, ham, scrambled eggs etc.
We ate at the hotel restaurant on two nights, on both occasions the food was of an excellent standard and very reasonably priced.

Todo excelente, súper buena atención. El desayuno es regular y hasta las 9:30 lo que es un poco limitante si vas de vacaciones. El gimnasio es una sala de ejercicios pero sin ventana por lo que no genera motivación pero la piscina si cumple muy bien. La comodidad de la habitación excelente. Y en general la relación precio calidad es excelente.
