The family apartment was easy to find, the check-in process was seamless, and communication with the host via WhatsApp was prompt and straightforward. The apartment itself was clean and generally well maintained. The unit is essentially at ground level, although there is about half a flight of stairs to reach the main entry level. The layout is split-level: one bedroom is downstairs (approximately half a level below), and the other is upstairs (about half a level above). The downstairs bedroom was excellent, with strong air conditioning, effective room-darkening shades, and a very comfortable bed. It was cool, quiet, and restful. Unfortunately, the upstairs bedroom was the complete opposite. It was extremely hot and uncomfortable. Although a fan was provided, it was very loud at higher speeds and did little to meaningfully cool the room. In addition, the outside lights shining directly into the room, as noted in previous reviews, were absolutely an issue. The lack of blackout shades made it very difficult to sleep. It was honestly one of the worst nights of sleep I can remember. The kitchen was very basically equipped, but since we were only there for a one-night stopover, that was not a problem for us. Thankfully, our stay was just for one night.

Room was quaint and cozy, definitely appreciated the kitchenette setup which made it felt homey. No staff on site but they were super responsive and reliable on WhatsApp. Location is super accessible since it's right outside the Metro station and in between Centro and Lastarria.

Almost zero hospitality. No offer to store baggage, no one on site to offer assistance.

Impressed with this reservation and pleased I found it. Easy check-in, updated amenities, well designed layout, excellent location across from the subway, and absolute silence even with outdoor street noise.

The building is beautiful, and the apartments are very comfortable and bright. There was a lot of noise at night, which made it difficult to sleep well. They probably need a receptionist to assist guests and provide security outside, as it's a troubled neighborhood.

Passcode protected but don’t feel safe. Cleanliness can definitely be improved, hairs are in the drawers. Stayed for 4 nights and there is no housekeeping or change of towels. Location is great, convenient stall just opposite to buy water and snacks.

Great location, but with that comes some noise... the kitchen is the best we found in our long trip. There is even olive oil and a knife sharpner. Im impressed. Could be a little cleaner, found some long hairs on the floor abd kitchen sink still dirty. Bathroom was clean though.

El lugar está bien, es todo lo que se necesita de un cuarto. Era un buen espacio y tiene todo lo necesario para la estadía. Los alrededores están bien, cerca hay restaurantes, supermercados, lavanderías, la entrada al metro está cruzando la calle, pero la zona se vuelve un poco solitaria y peligrosa durante la noche. No ofrecen limpieza durante la estadía, es decir, estuvimos 4 días en la habitación y en estos días no limpiaron la habitación. Nosotros no tuvimos problemas pues habia escoba pero es un inconveniente. No nos gustó la ducha: es calentada por una caldera y solo permite bañarse por 10 minutos y se recarga cada 90 minutos. Es un gran inconveniente porque al ser 2 personas, el segundo debe esperar a que recargue el agua y se pierde demasiado tiempo que se quiere aprovechar para salir temprano. Además, en el caso del pelo largo, si quiere lavarse el cabello debe hacerlo mal porque 10 minutos no son suficientes para un buen lavado.

La chambre était impecable et bonne situation

L’emplacement est central, au pied de la station de métro, pratique pour se déplacer. L’immeuble est sécurisé avec des codes, rénové récemment. Les appartements sont bien équipés avec tout ce qu’il faut pour passer quelques jours. Pas de réception, les échanges se font par WhatsApp ou par le site de réservation. Les réponses sont rapides. Les points à améliorer : La qualité des oreillers est très insatisfaisante. Ils sont très épais et pas du tout ergonomiques pour bien dormir. Résultat : mal au cou et torticolis, je n’ai pas pu bien dormir et me reposer. Après avoir demandé, on m’a répondu qu’il n’y en avait pas d’autres. Il y avait un problème d’eau chaude dans ma chambre après l’avoir mentionné, on m’a proposé une nouvelle chambre où cela fonctionnait correctement. Il y a un manque d’entretien dans l’immeuble car dans les deux chambres que j’ai fait, il y avait des éléments cassés : un store, un élément de la douche et les congélateurs qui étaient vraiment à dégivrer. Enfin, même si les fenêtres sont de bonne qualité, on entend quand même le bruit dans la rue. Étant au pied du métro il y a beaucoup de gens autour des vendeurs des gens qui traînent le soir jusqu’à très tard. Il y a aussi une fenêtre qui n’a pas de volet occultant donc le jour passe dès le matin

Experiência perfeita!

O apartamento entrega um bom custo benefício. É limpo, com cama confortável e boa cozinha. Porém o apartamento é bastante frio e a rua em frente durante a noite aparenta ser insegura.

Das Appartment hat ein Schlafzimmer und ein Wohn-Essbereich sowie ein kleines Bad. Alle Räume waren sauber und die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral. Die Kommunikation war immer sehr gut. Einziger Nachteil ist, dass die Fenster die Geräuche von der Straße nicht gut dämmen.

Nossa experiência foi maravilhosa, a melhor que já tivemos nesse tipo de acomodação! A localização é simplesmente perfeita: supermercado a poucos passos, metrô em frente e uma vizinhança tranquila e segura para passear a qualquer hora do dia. Ficamos realmente encantados.
