Check-in was easy. Staff were prompt with fulfilling request. Relatively near the Guangzhou university sports center which holds concerts. However, surrounding area lacks eateries and convenience.

The hotel is nicely decorated with modern ornaments and furniture. The room is spacious and functional, so I would not need any more than for one person traveling for business. Good hotel !

The front desk staff were very helpful and overall we really enjoyed our stay. It is far enough away from the busy city center and also close enough. The Chinese restaurant was fantastic. One of the best hotel restaurants i have been to for variety. Thank You

The smoke detector alarm suddenly went off at mid night. Had to call reception to get it off. Wifi is very slow

Great hotel a littlebit far from nightlife and shopping. You had to walk like half mile to get the subway There's is located in a very peaceful without any kind of noise. For Canton Fair they have suttel bus direct to the fair and then to the hotel. Very good services.

This hotel is located in the university city section of Guangzhou. There is basically nothing nearby except a cultural attraction. This means you will have to travel if you'd like to get food outside the hotel. The buffet is decent for both breakfast and dinner, though slightly expensive. I would not recommend staying here if you want to be close to the city center. The staff were very helpful and arranged taxis, answered questions, etc. pleasantly. Their English speaking skills were excellent and made it comfortable for me to communicate with them.

Stayed here for a week while attending an event at the University Mega Center. The hotel is very comfortable, service is very good and front desk staff and restaurant staff can all speak English (at least enough to get what you want done). Recommended if you have business at the University island. However, please note that the University island is about an hour south of the airport, and about 30 minutes to downtown by car, so it's not close to any of the tourist areas. Stay in a hotel downtown if you're in Guangzhou for sight seeing.

The staff is the best, they make us felt like we were at home, Jerry, Chrissy and Lidia, if you meet them you will know what we mean. Really nice hotel 100% recommended we visit for the canton Fair, they have shuttle bus and is very nice the area. Not many things or shops arround but that make it so quiet
