It appears they finally have figured out how to use their AC properly. I have had many visits to this hotel where the rooms are too warm, and this time there were on the cool side. Make sure to book a club level room so that you can enjoy the included breakfast, hors d’oeuvres, and daily evening happy hour. Hotel is in a decent area, but there is little/nothing to do in the immediate area so plan accordingly.

The hotel is a little older then most other Marriotts in China but was still in good condition. The food was very good and there was a live band playing at the bar. The price was very good at under 100 CAD.

Very Nice Hotel. Very Clean. Good Rooms/Amenities. Will stay again. Didn't like the bar/bar staff. Difficult to communicate with and understand our orders, even when using the English menus provided. Service at the bar was very slow and not attentive.

The hotel was bad even I did not have dinner buffet but still they charged me the dinner room rate I don’t mind paying but I payed after my dinner time but the service and the food in the restaurant was disgusting and I even want to write to Marriott about their staff never want to go the extra mile to help a tired travelling guest...

Hotel too far from town centre, an hour in a taxi. Staff all very efficient but, apart from concierge staff, not very friendly. Had a meal in the restaurant one evening and wouldn't allow us to put it on our room as not enough on our deposit, had to go to our room to get a card. Had further problems in restaurant when order was not taken properly and they tried to overcharge. Had a very early start to get to the airport so asked them to book a taxi, this arrived on time but then charged us an extortionate rate. Has put us off using Marriott Courtyard.

This is a great hotel with a great staff which is conveniently located near one of the factories I work with. Very disappointed that they seem to be "dumbing" down the food and beverage selection in the Executive Lounge. Both evenings they only had Tsingtao beer available, and it they refused to ice down a few bottles for my friend and I saying "ice was available to put in it." I understand the cultural differences in beer temperature, but when a guest makes a simple request why not just do it? Other than the issue above, this is great property.

I have stayed at this hotel no less than 50 nights over the past few years. They use to always have an issue with their AC. This has been corrected and the hotel is much more pleasant to stay in. There was a marked improvement this trip in the number of fluent English speakers, which is always a treat. This is the best hotel in Jiading area.

Great hotel with good food an amenities. I have stayed at this hotel at least 20 nights over the past few years, but don't think I will be back. No matter what the time of year, the room temperature is always to hot, and doesn't seem adjustable. I have complained to the management repeatedly and never been provided with a truly cool room.
