Room is excellent, nice simple decoration, bed comfortable international standard not too hard or too soft. Easy access, location in mrt exit 4 century park line 2. Breakfast just standard. Staff nice and helpful. Recommended hotel.

Location was excellent, right at the metro (line 2). Strait line from airport and to city. Century Park across the road was superb. There is a small gym, and tea/hot water at reception. It would be nice if they had a water filter available at reception to refill own bottles, seems very wasteful using the small water bottles.

If you get upper rooms with a garden view, you're in for a wonderful treat, truly beautiful views. In sweltering hot Shanghai, their aircon system is terrible for a hotel of this kind. Breakfast is mediocre, and so is the bed linen and pillows. Extra points for the direct access to the metro station

I always stay here when in SH because its close to the Maglev station. So commuting in/out of PVG is convenient. Its close to the Kerry Parkside Shopping mall and there are other dining areas. If you're into walking or running outdoors, you have the Century Park just crossing the street. Breakfast is just OK. Shower in the tub needs to change. They have a laundry room (free) +++

Good variety at the breakfast buffet, with eggs & noodles made to order. But the food at the buffet selection was luke warm in temperature, everyday, a bit warmer 15mins after the breakfast buffet opens. Only negative & disappointing part to the food.
