Hotel is in a great area between airport and the Bund. Very clean, American style rooms with great little food mall close by, convenience store across the street, and lots of restaurants. We booked it on our way home because of proximity to airport. Very comfortable and we would stay again.

Hotel staff are friendly, but location is very inconvenient - 1.5 km to nearest Metro and very far to city centre

Hotel was great, room and bed very comfortable, staff very helpful, sumptuous breakfast spread and felt like home. Only negative was the wifi - very slow and sometimes not connecting. Will stay there again if I travel to Shanghai.

Very comfortable and very clean place and nice breakfast! All staff are speaking english! Only dhuttle bus service always wait long time.. but all sre nice and pleasant sorroundings. Room very clean and lobby more comfortable and good smell!

Had to change rooms because the first was smelling like it hadn’t been used for months, not fresh. The second one was ok but different from that I had booked and paid for online. Restaurant was under remodeling and breakfast was served in a temporary facility, food was cold. Sauna was not hot enough, jacuzzi was out of service. He hotel has a nice environment, but is from everything, suttle bus serves well those going to Disney, and the nearest metro station is 20 minutes walking.

Convenience and good value for money However, room service only till 11:30 but I can only arrive after 12 and no service is available.

It is clean and has nice facilities. On this particular visit the air wasn’t working. They gave me a room fan to help.

I have stayed at this hotel twice now. It is clean and a good deal for the price.

The facilities themselves are great. Comfortable bedding, modern decorations, good buffet, strong internet, and very comfortable lobby. Unfortunately, check-in took a really long time, the front desk staff have limited English skills and forget about room service (that took almost 2 hours and a trip to the lobby to see the manager). The area is convenient for shopping and sightseeing and there is a shuttle bus available. In the room, you had typical amenities like shower gel, shampoo, slippers, razor kit, etc... even some fruit... but I went down to the buffet for dinner and ended up back in my room - no real Western-style dishes. Seems like the hotel is a fancy "local" hotel as opposed to an international hotel.

Very clean and simple hotel. Great for business travelers. Rooftop pool and exercise facilities are very good.

We enjoyed our stay in the Shanghai hotel. It was clean with a great view. Plenty of restaurants close by. We wanted to try the Dim sum buffet at the hotel our last day but it was closed for a private party. If we would of known earlier we could of tried it another time. Overall it was a great place to stay.

We arrived very late in the evening, but the staff was still friendly and alert. They offered us an upgrade free of charge, and it was the most wonderful stay of my life time. The absolute nicest bed/hotel room I've enjoyed in all of Asia.

Nice hotel with good facility and nice staff.a bit far out from the city center but relatively close to airport

When I reported the smoke in the non-smoking room, the hotel service person commented that the smoke smell was not that strong. It seems that there is a culture of tolerance to not follow through with the hotel standards.
