Had a short 4 night stay with breakfast; check-in and out hassle free, staff attentive and helpful, breakfast had plenty of choice (Asian and Western alike) would recommend to family and friends... BTW the location at Hi-Tech Park was within easy walking distance and on the main line for the airport + Luohu (Line 1)

Pros - Located well close to relatively new Shenzhen area. - Only 7 mins distance to "Windows of the world" theme park with taxi - Quite large room Cons - Very strong smoking smell in a non smoking room as well as the aisle. Smell even affected the bed and pillows. Mould around bathroom area. - Should have staffs with fluent english. This will be very useful.

The hotel was located very close to my office and was a comfortable walk of just 500+m. The walk back and forth to work place was not nice as I had to walk past a public toilet which was very badly stinking all the time. The hotel and its services was nice. I don't smoke, and dont like smoke smell. I could smell smoke as soon as I entered my floor. That was bad, once I entered my room, it was very nice. Breakfast was good. Very few staff members in the hotel and their restaurant speak english. That was a little problem but managed it nonetheless. Overall the hotel was good and I will surely stay in the same hotel if I happen to visit Shenzhen for work.

Only problem was the very noisy construction which sometimes continued all night. Not the fault of the hotel. The hotel changed my room at one stage to avoid the worst of the noise. Local area perfect for my business but the construction was very disruptive

The room smelled a bit of smoke. Breakfast was fine. Some of the furniture had holes from cigarette burns. Otherwise the place is OK, especially if you have business in the hi-tech area. I would not have stayed here otehrwise because the area is quite boring.

The room is clean and spacious. Hotel staff are helpful. However, have to walk quite a distance from the nearest subway station to the hotel and the passage is quiet, hardly to meet other passengers ..... scary especially at night.

The hotel looks like one that was built for a grand scale and to be up market. It would have been great to see that translate a little more into the overall condition and experience at the hotel. Not having 24 food is a real bummer when you arrive at midnight as there is nothing walking distance from the hotel as a substitute. The minibar was empty. Bathroom condition although clean could be improved with even small improvements as it feels dated. The massage room is 24 hours, but seemed to just be big as opposed to being quality. Main massage area had at least 30-40 seats! Both time I visited, me and my friend were the only two people in there. Chinese restaurant on the 3rd floor served very good food, definitely a standout.

Not sure whose at fault. Some of the pictures on Hotel.com do not match with the Hotel. It’s states that there are two bars and restaurants and there are not two bars or at least it’s not as per the pictures shown as apparently that was 3 plus years ago. The so called rooftop pool bar is not open either. The location is a problem to get taxis and when I asked the concierge to organise a taxi he actually said no to start with and a little argumentative, what he should have said was that yes he could order but it would take 25-30 minutes as busy, which I would have accepted but I only speak English so Hotel needs to make improvements to cater for Westerners. It’s teally comfortable rooms so it’s okay if you happy to wait for transport but not really any decent facilities in walking distance.

I have booked a room in the non-smoking floor but the room still has very strong sense of smoke. The bathroom shower has a lot of mold and the tables are full of dust. Overall cleanliness was unsatisfactory. However, the customer service is quite nice. The response really quick to all to all the calls and response really quickly. The area is quite quiet or at least during the weekend and it's quite easy to get good take away food nearby.
