Nice staff and convenient transportation to Disney and airport. Noisy when subway passes by.

Hotel is near Pudong airport, have free shuttle bus to and fro airport, Disney and to Bund. The hotel is a little rundown and not very well-maintained. Bed and pillows are too soft. Cleanliness is also so-so. But the service of staff is good.

This place is a bit far. Convenient is they have free shuttle servce to and fr airport. Disneyland is nearby. If you are going disney this is the best choice. The price is average and provide good service. Food in the rest taste good. Unfortunately nothing to move around. Quite boring for long stay.

Wow that is all I can say about this place. The room was spectacular and the breakfast was amazing and free. The free shuttle Disney was also superb.

Perfect for Disney! Not a lot around to eat at except Disney and the hotel. However, the food at the hotel is excellent and definitely value for money. Would happily stay again

This hotel provides excellent services. Very family friendly. Got kids playground. Free handcraft program for kids. Free transportation services to Disneyland, airport, train stations, and bund. Free evening treats… highly recommended, especially for family.

The entrance to the car park is under construction and therefore unable to access. We called reception and someone came outside to guide us to another entrance. The check-in was quick but no one explained anything to us about the pool or breakfast or parking. Our room was spacious and clean. We went downstairs to use the pool and there was no one on the desk to welcome us. We got to the pool and a lady ran after us to insist our baby who cannot swim (she’s 1) needs to ‘follow the rules’ and wear a swim cap. We tried to explain that she wasn’t going to swim, only us (who have caps already), she was only going to sit on top of her floating seat which we showed her but the lady was adamant so we were forced to buy the baby an adult swimming cap and put it on her tiny head. The pool is nice but has black ripped tarp hanging over the top which is an eye-sore. We then had trouble after we checked out as the security guard insisted we pay for parking even although we were staying at the hotel so had to call reception to ask them for help. This is our second stay there but we had a lot of bad luck and trouble this time and because of this I don’t think we would stay again.

Hotel staff are friendly. Hotel is clean and quite . Breakfast has many choices.

The staff was friendly. However, no one spoke English, which made it difficult to discover information. The pictures definitely make the rooms look bigger and brighter. The lighting is quite dim even with all the lights on. Also, the A/C is centralized making the panels in the room useless and the room uncomfortable to be is due to being way too hot.

Lovely stay. Shame that the pool is seasonal when it’s still super hot.

Booked for smoking room as listed on Expedia by the hotel, and had also communicated with the them before arrival. When we checked in, we were told it's a non-smoking hotel?! Quite disappointing that the hotel did not communicate this before the stay... After checking in (rooms were not ready), we continued our scene seeing. When we requested for our room keys, staff wasn't attentive and requested for multiple verifications again, until the night duty manager came over to resolve matter. Nothing much on the room service menu. Otherwise, location is very serene and quiet, very near Disneyland, and the Shanghai Village.

Great size room and fantastic buffet breakfast. Great variety of dishes to choose from. Vending machines have snacks and beer in the lobby. Robot waiter is a cool novelty which can bring your room service meals to your door. Probably only the thing I could fault is that the lighting in our bathroom and room was a bit on the low side. Not a complaint, was just a matter of getting the right lights on to read etc. Overall, great location to Disneyland and would definitely stay again.

I like the modernity of the hotel, although the lobby gets very chilly in Winter with no heaters on and limited areas to sit and enjoy a drink, even though they seem to have a bar there. Also wish the pool was open, but understandable closing for winter. Enjoyed the room, modern, fresh and comfortable. Very helpful staff. Overall, very good place and would stay there again
