The hotel staff were very friendly and very kind... those of us who were hampered by language were really helped by them. The hotel is also clean and comfortable... Disneyland is very close and there is a shuttle service 👍.

The staff is friendly and very helpful, there is a shuttle bus from puddong airport to the hotel, hotel to disneyland, hotel to the bun. The room is big, all the facilities are very adequate, there is a children's playground, close to the metro station, close to the costco wholesale supermarket ... in front of the hotel there are several minimarkets, and at night there are many food stalls.

This hotel is very close to metro station and there is shuttle bus to Disney land and airports as well as inner city for sight seeing. The staff members are very friendly and helpful. I list my property and contacted t the hotel 3 weeks after. The manager and staff were trying their best to help me find the item. In the end it was my misunderstanding. The cleaning lady on the 9th floor is very friendly and helpful and even left a note in my room written in English and always make sure I have enough bottles drinking water in the room. She is very hard working lady as well. I highly recommended this hotel especially if you are going to take kids to Disney land.

Great staff very helpful. The place was efficient and a short DiDi to many attractions, Disney & Shanghai Safari Zoo. We left a bag in a DiDi and the hotel organised to get our items back untouched.

Maybe I underestimated China, but the staffs here were extremely kind and helpful. I lost my phone in the taxi and 4 staffs came and helped me to find them by calling all places. Taxi driver requested 500 yuan to return (which was insane but I had to, to get the phone back). The hotel has shuttle that is very convenient and I returned to hotel at 4pm from Disney to rest and went back to Disney at 7pm. Very nice. I'd return here and stay again! Thanks again for those who helped me to find my phone!!

Bathroom floor can get very slippery even with the bath mat. Instead of a slick tile on the floor, maybe something with texture would’ve been better. The staff were absolutely tremendous, helping us with the laundry and ordering food for delivery from restaurants outside the property. Great location nearby to Disney and they provide free shuttle to/from Disney.

Terrible location the shuttle sucks morning around the area. Stay at the other hotel next to Costco that has a lot of dining and tea options also this pool was closed and the self serve laundry was closed! They should have warned us in advance! I would not return to this hotel also they don’t speak any English staff is not helpful or friendly. I don’t recommend trust me I travel a lot and this was one of the worst locations. The shuttle is only certain hours and the pickup at the airport was a nightmare we ended up catching a cab which cost a lot.

Stayed for two nights whilst visiting disney. Checked in late, there were eye drops left in the bathroom and hair in the shower. Second day the glass which we used wasn’t cleaned and just left on the counter.
The staff are not very friendly and can’t be bothered to help you. Didn’t even tell us our room numbers when checking in, had to ask. The lifts take ages to come, breakfast was nothing special. There are a few fresh stations where they cook Chinese food and the two elderly staff there were the nicest we encountered.
Very limited English amongst the staff and google translate is blocked in China so had to use the staffs device to communicate which they hesitantly use.

The hotel is a little rundown and not very well-maintained. Bed and pillows are too soft. Cleanliness is also so-so. But the service of staff is good.

This place is a bit far. Convenient is they have free shuttle servce to and fr airport. Disneyland is nearby. If you are going disney this is the best choice. The price is average and provide good service. Food in the rest taste good. Unfortunately nothing to move around. Quite boring for long stay.
