Staff is really helpful. I didn't have a chinese number to order food delivery. The hotel staff volumteer to use his number instead.
I send a few online packages to the hotel and the hotel the package is well stored.
Hotel surrounding is amazing.

Smooth check-in, diligent room cleaning service, helpful staff in getting taxi and providing instructions. However the restaurant Xianggong was a little bit disappointing but that is not the hotel's problem. Oh, great location to access the MixC Mall across the street!

All excellent. Except they are trying to moves me to the other rooms ? I am not to happy about that , although you want to give me a big room and i don’t need need it . Not fun moving one room to the others special around night time

Great value hotel with 5 star feel and facilities. Very convenient location, helpful and friendly staff. Buffet lunch was reasonable, but not many decent non-meat options. Buffet breakfast was satisfactory. Very attentive housekeeping, water bottles replenished adequately, rooms were modern, spacious and clean.
