You'll be asked to pay the following charges at the property:

• Destination fee: COP 68000 per accommodation, per stay
• Administrative fee: COP 100000 per accommodation, per stay
• Management fee: COP 20000 per person, per stay
• Residents must pay VAT (19%) at the property. Travelers on a tourist visa are generally not required to pay VAT. VAT exemption eligibility will be assessed at the property and travelers may need to present their passport and tourist visa. The VAT may be charged where the room is shared by a taxable and non-taxable guest.
Deposit is payable by bank transfer and is due within 24 hours of booking the reservation.
