You'll be asked to pay the following charges at the property:

• Water fee: COP 10000 per accommodation, per week
• Residents must pay VAT (19%) at the property. Travelers on a tourist visa are generally not required to pay VAT. VAT exemption eligibility will be assessed at the property and travelers may need to present their passport and tourist visa. The VAT may be charged where the room is shared by a taxable and non-taxable guest.

The front desk is open daily from 8:30 AM - 7:30 PM. To make arrangements for check-in please contact the property at least 24 hours before arrival using the information on the booking confirmation. If you are planning to arrive after 8:00 PM please contact the property in advance using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests planning to arrive outside of normal check-in hours must contact the property in advance for check-in instructions and key retrieval information. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival.
