• Fee for cooked-to-order breakfast: approximately COP 6000 for adults and COP 6000 for children
• A kitchen/kitchenette is available for an additional fee

You'll be asked to pay the following charges at the property:

• Residents must pay VAT (19%) at the property. Travelers on a tourist visa are generally not required to pay VAT. VAT exemption eligibility will be assessed at the property and travelers may need to present their passport and tourist visa. The VAT may be charged where the room is shared by a taxable and non-taxable guest.
A damage deposit of COP 10000 will be collected before check-in. Deposit is payable by bank transfer and is due within 24 hours of booking the reservation.

The front desk is open daily from 8:00 AM - 10:00 PM. If you are planning to arrive after 5:00 PM please contact the property in advance using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests will receive key retrieval information. Guests can choose to either self-clean the property prior to check-out, or pay an additional cleaning fee of COP 20000 (exact amount varies) at check-out.
