Staff extremely pleasant, lots of dining options on the block. Great breakfast spot across street. Really nice supper market on corner. Is it noisy at times yes but that’s Bogotá general lots of traffic overall great experience highly recommend

The bathroom tub was recently resurfaced, so the entire bathroom was smelling of fresh paint the entire time of our stay. There was no AC in the room. The toilet worked well with noise at times. At one time, we had to refill the toilet tank with a cup cause it wouldn’t fill up automatically. Once the tank was about quarter filled, then it started filling up automatically again.

This is a cozy looking hotel. The best part of our stay was the outstanding quality of the staff. We were amazed at the effort to make our stay as best as possible. We would give a five star review were it not for the hard and uncomfortable bed and the lukewarm water for showering. But again, the staff deserve an A plus!!

Great Location though very noisy (streets and clubs nearby). Excellent service; everyone went beyond expectations to please clientele; Charming architecture, although a bit outdated (bath fixtures and furniture could use some renovation). Within walking distance to major shopping centers, restaurants and health-care centers. Breakfast buffet was very bit limited, but they compensated it by offering you eggs (your style), great variety of fruits, bread and coffee.

Rooms are nice and big. Staff is cordial. But electricity went off for few minutes and after that wifi took a while to get back. And water from taps was brown. Other than that, really good value for money.

El hotel como tal no esta mal pero se ve un poco viejito. Las camas son duras pero si te gustan asi esta bien. Personal es muy amable.

I was in this hotel 4 years ago and I want to say that the breakfast was much better and the furniture was newer, I see that in these 4 years nothing has been done to improve and modernize
