• Deposit: COP 0 per accommodation, per night
• Residents must pay VAT (19%) at the property. Travelers on a tourist visa are generally not required to pay VAT. VAT exemption eligibility will be assessed at the property and travelers may need to present their passport and tourist visa. The VAT may be charged where the room is shared by a taxable and non-taxable guest.

Guests will receive an email 48 hours before arrival with check-in instructions. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival.
