I loved this resort! 1. The food was great for resort food 2. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. 3. We always felt safe even at night 4. The resort was full of monkeys, iguanas, macaws, birds 5. Lots of entertainment for kids The only downside was the beach. Don’t go here For the beach. It’s pretty and the view is great but the locals bug you to get massages as soon as you step foot on the sand and the current is strong I would go back and recommend this place every time.

The steak house was terrible .The ribeye steak was inedible.

The staff was great but the food was ok ,there was a big variety to choose from at the market restaurant. My biggest beef was the pool had music that was way too loud and there were a lot of children screaming where we were. We moved to an area and were told to leave because it was family only. Stayed at Westins several times and I think the Mexico Westin was much better all around. Tried to make dinner at the seafood restaurant took 6 days to get a reservation at that restaurant was the best one on site. The room was clean and they were attentive to our needs. The shuttler drives were great >

Spectacular place to stay. Everything was top notch from our arrival all the way up until our departure. Food was excellent and was a very nice place to stay. We will be back!

Really liked staying in The Westin Club towers, since we did not have family there. Separate pool, which is still large but not as crowded, premium liquor, and an additional restaurant for breakfast and lunch. Also went to the entertainment at night, somehow missed that last year. Beach is gorgeous.

The restaurants were super but the room felt tired and dated. Layout was odd and minimal usable furniture. Electrical hazard with one light’s wiring exposed. Housekeeping was only ok. Beach nice but note that all Costa Rican beaches are public and there are therefore a lot of beach vendors. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Absolutely beautiful property! The rooms were clean, spacious and beautiful. Lots of food options and every restaurant was different and unique- not like many other all inclusive resorts that serve the same food in a different atmosphere. The pool was huge and felt more like several different pools. Very easy beach access and the entire property was spacious but walkable. The only negative would be the lack of entertainment. Very limited live music and for very brief time periods and there was only one bar open later in the evening which was open for all property guests- including young children.

excellent beach, a lot of retaurants to choose, the buffet is good also. Remember to reserve the restaurant on friday before you arrive! we didn´t know

Had a wonderful family vacation - friendly, safe, beautiful grounds - we highly recommend!!

First I commend the entire staff at this property. Everyone was so nice and accommodating - they have obviously been well trained and most of them love their jobs! The grounds are magnificent as well. We were upgraded to the adults only Club level which gave us access to a private pool, concierge service and private restaurant for breakfast and lunch - all totally great! Poolside and pool bar service was good too. The only odd thing about this was that I had originally reserved a king bed but they only had 2 queens to offer us. We spoke to a few other couples who had the same room set up which we found odd since most of the people in the Club section were couples. We played golf a few times at the on site course. It was just OK due to the maintenance staff doing work while we were playing. They aerated a few of the greens just before we got there making them slow and difficult to play. The rate of play slowed waaaaay down towards the last few holes too - ruined the flow of the game for us. The food was OK - great breakfasts all days either at the club restaurant (Faisanella) or at the Mirtra Market. All other food was iffy at best. Our favorites were the Asian restaurant, Bamboo and Manglar, the seafood spot. That being said, service at every restaurant was exemplary. Beach was nice though the surf can be rough with a very strong undertow. Don't go near the water unless you can swim. All in all a lovely week - thanks Westin Reserva Conchal!

Concierge and all service staff were excellent. Very clean and beautiful beach - club upgrade was well worth it.

Very very nice resort! The restaurants always left us satisfied! If you need good R&R this is the place to go!

Bungalow setting, ours was near the pool which was very convenient but lots of noise from maintenance area even at 11 pm and as early as 6 am was the only issue. Don’t kayak by yourself as no supervision although it’s included. SERVICE BY STAFF WAS IMPRESSIVE!!!
