Darija was absolutely amazing. From a very late booking, to getting lost and being slightly stressed when i arrived, Darija was so kind and wonderfully welcoming. Everything was amazingly immaculate with so many thoughtful touches and in such a wondeful location. Highly recomend and would happily stay again.

The La Vita Bella group excels at making your stay feel special. Even though our room was small, they went above and beyond to provide the extras (robe, slippers, fruit, coffee/tea). The space was very comfortable and perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring (and walking up 100+ steps from the main avenue). The staff were extremely polite and friendly and very helpful. It was great to have a space to store luggage with them. Would highly recommend as a place to stay in Old Town.

It was great, there were 2 things that could be improved, my side of the bed was not good and then the room has a sensor light which turned in 3 times in one of the nights. But really the room is in great in great conditions and beautiful. Be ready to get up all stairs

Pros: great location-literally 50 stair steps from the main restaurants and Old Town, very clean, nicely appointed. The fact that you can use a shower at the main offices later in the afternoon after check out was such a blessing since we went to the beach! Really appreciate that feature. Cons: Lots of stairs to climb to get there. Although they will send someone to help carry your baggage, there are many stairs to climb to get back to the room from Old Town, so those with physical limitations should be aware. There was only a sheet on the bed to cover with, no blankets. It would have been nice to have a blanket if needed for warmth.

The accommodation is between the main street and inland towards the walls. It is all up hill at this part of the old town. 120 steps may not sound a lot but in the baking heat, carrying luggage and the uneven steps it is a lot. The room itself has been well done out, and very instagramable, but not practical. All the trimmings you would expect in a 5 star suite crammed into a shoe box. 1 bedside table had a kettle, coffee machine and 4 remotes. The other bedside table came half way over the sink. The window ledges crammed with plant, tea, coffee, glasses and the other ledge, plants, flowers and a large bowl. The extra pillows, lovely decorative cushions, 3 hats, slippers, flip flops, spare loo role, hairdryer and spare towels just had to lie on the floor or stuffed under the sink. Yes they want the place to look lovely and provide everything you could need, but just not practical in such a small space. There is just enough room on the floor to open a large case to get out what you need then close it again. There are no drawers at all to even unpack a few things. TV, wifi, were a hit or a miss. Air con was great. As for the safe, a small box ‘glued’ to the bottom of the bedside table. Would I stay again–prob not. Steps major problem. It’s the old town, rooms are what they are just not designed great

This property went above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. They had all of the travel sized personal items such and shampoo and conditioner but also had a number of other items like shave kits, toothbrushes, etc. They had robes, slippers, flip flops, and a Panama Jack hat with their logo on it. Just know there are a lot of stairs outside the property when coming from the main shopping/dining area. We enjoyed our stay and will recommend to anyone staying in the Old Town.

Having over 30 years in Hospitality Business in Design and Operation of 5 Star hotels. Here is my issues. 1. TV did not work for the 2 days we were there. Safe was in the lock mode and could not be used. The place is hard to locate need to give better instructions regarding location. The room has an excess of humidity build up everytime you take a shower. Everything feels wet and because of this things like your towels do not dry. Either exhaust fan in bathroom is not working correctly, not powerful enough or just a poor design of the room. I think it is the latter. You have way too much stuff in the room that nobody uses but takes up all the very limited counter space. You have two different types of slipper. (4 Total)(3 different type of glasses (total 6) People are there to sit in a sidewalk cafe and drink wine not to sit in a small dark room. The one chair you have in the room sits lower than the bed and when sitting in has the counter top at my neck level. Where is the second person suppose to sit to drink wine in the room. Waste of money with Shoe Polish, Tooth Brushes and a lot of the other H2O amenities. The owner needs to go and stay in the room for a couple of nights and experience it first hand. I realize a lot of money has been spent to develop the room and it is a great location inside the walled city but it could be a lot better.

1. I was told that the public parking is free. However I received a ticket given to my rental car. As an international traveler, I will have to figure out how to remit the penalty. 2. Bed sheets are covered but dusts and some hairs are found (not sure what part from what people). Given that the rate is similar to any other 4-5 star hotel, this isn’t acceptable.
