Thankfully we were able to find this place last minute to rest and relax for a few hours before heading to the airport. Location is very close to the center, property was well maintained and there is cold fresh water tanker provided in the sharing kitchen.

A good value and location, slightly difficult to find. Rooms are small but clean, can get a little noisy when other people are coming into or out of their room. I would stay again but would most likely look elsewhere first

The room was great, just big enough and the shared kitchen was tidy and clean! The building is kinda situated in a weird place so it can be hard to get a uber or a taxi, but other than that, it’s still very walkable and a good place to stay.

Clean, good sized room with handy shared kitchen. I also really appreciated being able to hang my wet swim stuff from the line out my window- a small detail but very helpful. Very central and easy to find. Would definitely stay longer than the one night I had booked.

Hard to find, needed local help. Luxury Garden Rooms is a misnomer. There was no luxury and no garden. However the location was excellent and the staff were friendly and helpful. Overflowing rubbish bins outside the property over all 3 days a bad look.

When I asked about parking I was given a bunch of areas and street names. It really wasn't any help.
Because there are many "luxury garden rooms" i ended up at the wrong location twice. I'll give partial blame to Google on that one.
The photo doesn't match the property.
Had they either called it "nirvana rooms" or given an accurate photo it would have helped.
They DON'T have laundry facilities, they have a laundry service. I literally walked 100' and had my laundry done in 3hrs.
The room was recently renovated and clean. The property was quite good. I'm happy to have stayed there.

The accommodation was in a quiet part of Split-Dalmatia. Short walking distance to the main town which was a plus point. Unfortunately i was expecting more, the picture of the hotel was deceiving it didnt deliver for me on expectation.

Nice room ,everything you need for good stay,shared kitchen is extra.Location few min walk to the old town ,5 min from the port, to the first beach is 10 min walk.
