I stayed at this hotel for a week recently. It was close to my meetings and offered free airport transfers, so I booked the hotel. It did not disappoint. The staff was excellent and helpful—right from the staff who connects you at the airport. Comfortable beds and air conditioning worked. Good wi-fi. One of the evenings, there was a complimentary cocktail hour for the guests - that was cool.

At every stage, from porter to front desk to dining, staff was outstanding! Receptionist and porter (Kevin) come to mind but all were great. Hotel is also very clean and comfortable. Kudos!

Hotel Tiama is centrally located and has decent service. The buffet is overpriced but you can have food delivered through Yango. The desk staff is not very friendly but they did give me a late checkout at no charge so I would use them again.

The place is nice, but we really did not enjoy the night we spent there. The hotel was having a party at the pool the the load music was playing way past 1 am in the morning despite repeat requests to shut it off. This is really unacceptable for a 5 start hotel not to have quiet time policy and if they do have not to follow it. I will not recommend this place

Large hotel in the financial sector of Abidjan and for that reason it is busy during the day but light on at night. Pretty much forced to eat at the hotel restaurant with rude staff and overpriced meals.

I had a very good stay at the hotel recently on a business trip this month. While COVID has not made travel any easier, the hotel did a good job of disinfecting and cleaning to the point where I was very comfortable staying there.
The staff were extremely friendly, accommodating, and professional. The rooms were good, as were the various facilities. The hotel manager even touched in with my group and inquired on our stay, which I thought was a nice touch. The food was excellent, their pastries are heavenly!
