The hotel is a short walk from the airport, making it very convenient. The front desk staff were very friendly and very helpful. The hotel room was clean and quiet. The only negative is the current construction project to update the hotel. Getting to the hotel took a little longer than in the past.

The hotel is just a short 5minute walk from the airport. We enjoyed the free city shuttle which got us to Legoland, LegoHOUSE, shopping and restaurants. The property was very clean and staff were very friendly.

Værelset var slidt og manglede rengøring- der lå ting på gulvtæppet som afslørede at der absolut ikke var blevet støvsuget. Hotellet er et typisk lufthavnshotel, men til 1700,- for en overnatning for 2 personer havde jeg bestemt forventet mere af hotellet og særligt ift standen.

It's a little disappointing when you've been traveling a long time and you arrive at hotel three staff are just stood there chatting amongst themselves where there are a dozen customers wanting to check in and they are told they have to do the auto check-in or self check-in if the Q started to grow and grow as it did you should get some of the staff stepping and say hey let me check you in and the process would have been a lot quicker and we could have all got to our rooms in a timely manner

Det var der ikke - det var til gengæld selvbetjening, men der var ingen hjælp eller vejledning til hvordan jeg skulle tjekke. Det er ikke i orden. Når man vælger en selvbetjeningsløsning på den måde, ville det have været rart med en bruger vejledning på stedet samt information om det inden opholdet. Jeg havde også forventet mere af restauranten - det var ok men heller ikke mere end det.

Hôtel bien situé, propre, chambres bien insonorisées, petit déjeuner excellent avec une grande variété de nourriture (dont d’excellentes pâtisseries danoises). Par contre, l’hôtel ne nous avait pas informés qu’il était en pleine rénovation. Le Check-in a été compliqué car on ne savait pas comment faire pour accéder à la bâtisse et le stationnement était à l’autre bout de l’aéroport. Heureusement qu’il y avait une navette pour s’y rendre.

Everything was good as it should be, but the room was very very small, the tv on the wall is in a dangerous position. My wife bend down and when she raised back up her face hit the tv with sharp edges.

Overall, we had a very good stay at the airport hotel in Billund. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff were friendly. The location is convenient, especially if you're flying into or out of Billund. The only disappointment was the communication regarding the complimentary shuttle service to and from LEGOLAND and LEGO House. We spent a significant amount of money on Uber because we were never informed that the hotel provides this free service. This was not clearly communicated to us before or during our stay, and the information was not prominently available on the hotel's website. The hotel should do a much better job of communicating this valuable service to guests, both on its website and in booking confirmations or at check-in. It would save customers unnecessary transportation costs and make their stay even more enjoyable. Apart from this issue, we were very satisfied with our stay and would happily recommend the hotel.

Excellent setting and great apart from three minor things. 1. For a hotel this size I would have expected hot drink making facilities in the room. 2. The pillows were soft and lumpy. 3. Evening food menu was very limited, and when ordered it took 50 minutes to arrive, there were no apologies for the wait, and the chips were cold ( not even warm). They off to replace them but I wasn’t prepared for another wait. Restaurant staff were very somber. However, the hotel was very comfortable and conveniently placed for what we needed x

Firstly, incredibly easy check in process. In and ready to go to our rooms in under two minutes. Secondly, lovely and clean rooms. The mattress was a little firmer than I'm used to, but I still got a great sleep nonetheless. Shower pressure could have been stronger BUT I still managed to get a satisfying shower. Thirdly, breakfast was delicious and the gluten free options were very good! Lastly, distance to the airport was incredibly short, so you didn't have to spend the whole day figuring out travel to and from places. All in all, the staff were fabulous and the hotel was a delight. Can't recommend enough!
