Second time staying here as it is a short train ride from the airport. Shopping centre nearby with a giant supermarket if you need anything.
My room had a microwave and a fridge. Would be useful if staying for longer.

This is a *safe and utilitarian* place to spend the night on a *budget* next to the airport.
It is not a fancy place. The family room had two single beds plus two bunk beds. Spartan restroom. Good shelves and luggage stowage in room. Keep expectations moderated (think of it as “glamping” ;) and you will really appreciate what it offers.
The breakfast buffet was very good and beat expectations. Lots of hot and cold food, fresh bread and pastries, real plates and cutlery, no pulled punches. Coffee could be better but that’s being nitpicky.
The mall next door has many decent food choices including mega chains. Royal Shawarma and the Thai place are very good and friendly ‘local’ places to eat inside the mall.
Great for one night/transit. Walk to the nearby metro station or take Uber/Bolt/Taxi which came very quickly and was only 10 mins to the airport.
Highly recommend for families traveling on a budget.

The room was great. It was the smallest room I think I’ve ever seen. But we’re traveling Europe. We used it to sleep in, and it accomplished that very well. There was no air conditioning, so It was a little warm. But it was comfortable and would be willing to stay again.

Room was fine, very small, a lot of noise from outside the room. Staff was rude and unhelpful. Rooms were hot and windows only opened a crack.

The hotel was very nice and clean, check in was easy and storing my luggage before hand was simple and cheap. Only thing I will say is that the rooms are not too big and the outlets are in slightly inconvenient spots. Overall, for the price, it was a really good hotel and I will be staying again in the future!

Near the train station is really the best this hotel offers. You get what you pay for is important to remember. NO air conditioning so glad we were only on the 4th floor. Watched the office/ desk staff be rude to another guest. Wouldn’t stay there again.

there were 2 ladies at the 'reception' desk, but I don't think they would like to be labelled as at reception. Upon taking a ticket to wait in line for their help to check in, I was told that check in was only possible using the machines.
I tried using the machines, two different ones, in fact, but was not allowed to process thru the registration process on either machine.
I then spoke with the ladies who told me
"ah, sometimes the machines don't work, let me help you"
I got the impression I was not the only guest having difficulty checking in using the machines.
This whole experience did not set a good impression with me. There was also loud club music in this area, which no one wanted, and it served to make it difficult to hear what the two ladies were saying. The first impression is very important at a hotel.
This needs immediate attention! Thank you.

Very bad value for money, super small, no service, empty hand wash, very small room even not a single bed, half of the normal single bed size. If at 50 SG$ a night then it is fine. No way 150$ night hotel.

Rooms are small but functional for two people. Combined toilet-sink-shower was cramped and it seems impossible to not have water run into the room floor. Also challenging to keep towels dry when they are only replaced every 4 days.
Outdoor temp was cool but the room was always warm. Oscillating fan helped. Big open window helped. The heavy duvet was not useful. Thinner options for summer would be great.
BUT. Big window also let in lots of outdoor sounds including late night noisy sex from a room nearby. Spain won their football match so maybe they were Spanish. The exterior glass panels bounce the sound into our room. Its like we are in the same room.

We stayed for two nights. We liked that there was a fan in the room we could use in the middle of the heatwave.
It was easy to self check-in.
We missed our taxi in the morning, luckily another taxi came . It would be nice if there where som instructions on getting a taxi.

Room was clean and well kept.
Unfortunately windows were not able to be opened in a meaningful way during a heat wave, so the room was really hot as the hotel does not have AC (it is normally not needed).
Also, we requested a room cleaning as required before 10PM and it was not done the next day. It was requested again and then completed the following day.

Pro: location near shopping and Orestad station, easy to get to airport, electric fan and kettle provided.
Con: walls too thin, noisy, room and washroom tiny and cramped. Btw, why can’t you use regular rectangular pillows instead of the square ones you had?

Just a bit too basic. Thi gs like toilet paper gets wet if you don't close the shower curtain, top bunk is much harder than bottom bunk, blackout shades don't really cover the full window, extra charge for the gym, etc. Too many small design things that make it annoying.

We are a family of 4. The room we first were given was filthy, garbage still sitting on the shelves and the bathroom reeked of mildew. The staff was very kind and immediately gave us a new room. It was a larger room, but was still really dirty. There were used medicine wrappers on the window sill, toilet paper from cleaning the bathroom around the toilet. It was 3am, our flight was delayed so many times that my family was exhausted and we just made the best of it. I’m sure the staff would have given us another room, but at that point we just wanted to sleep. We checked out early the next morning.
I will definitely not stay in this property again. While the staff was very friendly the rooms were so dirty.
