Copenhagen Go Hotel

I was a bit surprised that it does not provide Airport shuttle service. The only way to get to the airport is taxi, which costs more than 20 euros.

Close to the airport. Good for an overnight stay and ona budget.

The location is close to the airport. The room had the advertised amenities. Compact washroom. Very crowded breakfast area the following morning.

Our economy double room was just barely adequate--really too small for two adults with large suitcases. We stayed two nights and so were really affected by the small size of the room. Contrary to the photos on Expedia, the bath was in a closet: a tiny sink at one end, the toilet at the other. To take a shower, one had to pull a curtain to shield the toilet and then lift a knob on the sink's faucet to divert water to the handheld shower head on the wall mount. To clear the mirror and get the floor to dry, we had to use the squeegee provided by stepping out of the bath closet. We figured out that only one person could be in the room to shower, so the other went down to breakfast while the other showered. While walking down the hall, we noticed other rooms had nice hardwood flooring; ours had blue, matted indoor-outdoor carpet. some of which was wet when we arrived. It looks like, eventually, all the rooms will be updated; it was just disappointing that we ended up with an older room. On the other hand, the breakfast was excellent: fresh bread, rolls, jams, cold cuts, cheese, hard- and soft-boiled eggs, yogurt, granola, juice, and coffee. The staff in charge of the breakfast room was efficient and made sure trays were cleared away regularly and that the food items were replenished when needed. The reception desk staff was wonderful, too--they helped us in many ways. Last note: The hotel also offers 4-hour use of a laundry room with washer and dryer for a reasonable price.

The staff were wonderful and so helpful. The room was basic but clean. No air conditioning but the window did open and it was cool enough to get a breeze. Hallways were stifling as was the room before we opened the window. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise. Nice selection of cold foods and strong coffee.

Nice, clean hotel, good for my 1 night layover with a good buffet breakfast. Not too much around. There is a plaza one block away across the street that has a grocery store, a pub and a fast food restaurant.

No air conditioner

Location very close to airport is good Room is very small with very poor designed bathroom without regular shower. Its very weird shower head just hanging about the sink with no instruction how to operate it There is no shower soap provided by hotel I wouldn't stay for more than 1 night

Small but conveient room close to the airport. It was ok for the night while waiting for a connecting flight. Would not want to spend more than 1 night in thr cramped room. There is no light switch in the bathroom, just a motion sensor so thre light comes on at night if you enter the bathroom.

Great hotel.

Please shampoo at the bathroom.

Close to airport but no shuttle

Very small room, good for a quick stopover and just need to sleep. Staff available 24/7 which was good

Excelent attention at front desk, very friendly people, clean Room. Rooms are kind of small. It will be great, if they have shampoo at the bathrooms. Very close to the airport. Quiet area. Definitely I would come back. Love Copenhagen

The room ceiling is so low, you can’t standup and I was stuck many times by the low ceiling

Great spot for a layover

We chose GO Hotel Copenhagen for a quick stop-over at the end of a long trip through Denmark and Norway. We had stayed downtown Copenhagen the week prior in a more expensive property but only needed somewhere clean and convenient to sleep before our flight home the next day. GO is located just 5 minutes drive from the airport, the staff are very friendly and helpful and the rooms are clean and basic. Unfortunately, we arrived back in Copenhagen in the midst of a terrible heat wave ( it had been 34 Celsius that day ) and this hotel doesn’t have air conditioning. When we booked the property a month prior, we had no idea ( nor did anyone else ), that this hot weather would hit Europe so early in the season ( late June ), so A/C didn’t even factor into our selection. We had rooms across the hall from each other and opened windows and doors to create a little cross-breeze…grabbed beer from the bar at the front desk…and watched Canada win their first ever game in World Cup history. Basic ( dorm room style ), clean hotel with friendly staff and a good breakfast…but no A/C.

The breakfast was good…however room was extremely hot with no way of cooling as the handful of electric fans had been given out to other guests. Also the 2 female checkin staff were polite and friendly…however the male night team member on the front desk was rude and unhelpful
