Copenhagen Island Hotel

The location was amazing and so modern the hotel. Staff was amazing and our room was great plus AC worked great and you dont hear your neighbors! Only complaint, the front entrance to the main floor for elevator was terrible. It is an old fashion open elevator where u must press a button while going up or down and takes forever. There must be an easier system to have.

My second stay here and still as amazing as the first, the upgrade cost to a harbour view is more than worth it, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, i find the location ideal for sightseeing there is walking involved to get to the centre but no more than 10-15 minutes all on the flat and in my opinion it is a very pleasant stroll. The hotel is next to a shopping centre with a wonderful food court so after alomg day out exploring its perfect to get a meal close to your room, and even better get a takeaway and sit by the harbour and enjoy the view. A metro station is 5 minutes away but also easily walkable straight from central station, just take the steps exit from the platform straight up to the street. I also took advantage of the online check in, i was able to alert them of my arrival as i rolled into the car park and instantly had my room details and digital key, no queuing at the desk straight to the lifts and to my room. I cant wait to visit again.

Great location, decadent breakfast, walkable, clean and comfortable.

Amazing, breakfast was fabulous. Lobby has a small bar and a nice vibe. Rooms are more basic but all that’s needed. Location next to mall and close to water taxi, easy walking to the main highlights.

The best part of the hotel was the amazing staffs there. They were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Any request I had, they tried to accommodate. They helped with early check-in as much as they could. Any amenities we needed, they provided promptly. We had a room facing the water and it was great. The room was minimal and clean. The breakfast was good. It’s the usual selections- eggs, bacon, hash brown, coffee, juices, sausage, fruits, yogurt, pastries, pancakes, toast, spreads, cheese, red beans and such. It was convenient to eat at the hotel instead of having to search for breakfast places so it worked out for us and the food was good. The pool was fun. It’s a public pool but it doesn’t get crowded and there are lifeguards. For someone who only swims indoor, it was an interesting and fun experience. The location is convenient for the places we wanted to travel. It’s close(10 mins walk) to metro so traveling was quite easy. All in all it was a great place to stay.

Nice property in Copenhagen. Friendly staff, comfortable bed, enjoyed our stay. The room was small, however (2 Travellers). The bathtub was also very small ... showers were not enjoyable. Lastly, if your room faces the city, it can get quite noisy with vehicle traffic. Ear plugs are recommended!

The hotel was clean and the bathrooms in the rooms were nice. The rooms were pretty small and they got hot very quickly. The fitness center was nice and the breakfast was also nice. Unfortunately, I would not book this hotel with the lack of available parking they had.

Upgraded rooms are waaaayyyy better than regular rooms. Regular rooms have simple amenities. Upgrades have air conditioning that works. Regular rooms are stuffy and hot in summer.

Stayed here four nights and whilst I accept the weather was unseasonably hot, when you book a hotel room with air conditioning for that purpose, then you would expect to be comfortable and not sat with the windows fully open in the middle of the night trying desperately to get some form of relief. The breakfast room was so hot on our first morning, that we didn't stop to eat and never went back. It was such a shame, as I think we could have had a great stay, but sadly not the case.

Room and hotel was clean. Staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. Breakfast was available and included separate sevtion for Gluten Free. Would have been good if hotel had a restaurant for dinner, however there are a fewnearby, so not a big deal

Basically the property was old and maintained poorly especially for thr bathroom, I could find many stains there. But bedding was nice so I could have a good sleep.

The setting of the hotel was stunning. We had a room which overlooked the water, and we enjoyed waking up to the view. We loved the full length windows and the wonderful light. The breakfast was good , with plenty of choice. All the staff were helpful and pleasant.

The breakfast was incredible! It was one of the best we have encountered in a hotel stay.
