I loved my stay at 6400. Friendly staff, fabulous breakfast. I had dinner once and it was an excellent fish buffet.
Like much of southern Denmark, it felt like Covid was in the background,rather than in the foreground. Having said that, precautions were in place.
The room was comfortable and clean, with a nespresso machine and Netflix on the TV, but the bathroom was a little out dated.
The building design I found very pleasing, but it’d look much more fitting to be on the shoreline of the Flensburg Fjord than its actual location.
The location is out of the town, in a residential area so it meant you must drive to Sonderborg, but the room rates reflect that as it’s much cheaper than the city centre/beach hotels and has lots of free parking.
Nevertheless I felt very comfortable there and I’d definitely go again.

Clean hotel, however check in was an issue and no amenities nearby. Read the fine print. Before check in you receive an SMS, welcoming you to the hotel, however there are no codes to access the building lobby, lucky someone was exiting. Next you need to pay before you get your door code to your room, but the link did not work to be able to pay, when ringing for support needed to speak in Danish for English language is limited. Location is very remote. the room itself is very basic but clean.

Morgenmaden var sølle. Jeg ved godt, at det er corona-tider, men vi fik en lille pose med et rundstykke, en juice og et stykke frugt. Den ene dag en yoghurt og den anden dag en muslibar. Det må kunne gøres bedre. Beliggenheden var heller ikke særlig spændende.

This is a refurbished school. The rooms are really nice but the bathroom is budget. Location is not far from center but not great, on one side some industrial building, and the rest is residential houses. Breakfast is great and the staff is really nice!

Værelset var helt ok, men et ikke bemandet hotel, er nok ikke lige os. Beliggenhed er heller ikke for os godt, for langt til byen, når man nu skal væk fra hotellet, når man skal have aftensmad. For dissideret billigt er hotellet jo ikke. Morgenmaden var bare helt ok, stort og bredt udvalg af morgenmad.
